lol As someone who's been in Morocco several times and knows the place very well I can tell you that there are some truth and some exaggeration in what's being said here, by the way there are different types of Hammams, the touristic style that are mixed and can have sexual accommodations, and original Hammams where men and women are separated, and people are there to clean them selfs, and if you go there, you'll see how dirty you are once a "Kessal" (someone you can pay to wash you) will remove the death skin from over your body.
