I'd like a job where I could travel the world or something in whatever capacity. Not sure what it could be or if I was even bothered as long as I got to see different places for free. So much of the world to see and so little time / money.
I always wanted to be a vet but it's too late for that now.
Always thought working in a brewery would be pretty cool. Microbreweries and craft beer are becoming huge around where I live and there are actually courses you can take on becoming a brewing master.
Whenever I think of working in a brewery, I always think back to Norm on Cheers. He seemed so happy when he worked at the brewery.

Pot grower, meth cooker, bomb maker and hacker are a few ones you can make quite some money on if you're successful! things that come to mind: writer,coder, investidor, what more?
bomb maker: i'm not in the middle east, or some african country in civil war.
pot grower: no idea how get seeds, no idea how plant them, and no idea about who to offer the product without taking serious risk of being denuncied or blackmailed
meth cooker: no chemical experience, no idea how to obtain the stuff and raw materials to produce, no idea where to produce. Plus the same selling problem with pot grower
hacker: doable, but it is a closed world and without any certainty of return
