You should improve the UI before selling it. The UI is too ugly.
This is what I realized.. this is some script mostly w/o trading engine which is crux of a real exchange software. You can buy it to have jump start all web work except trading engine. That is what makes difference. And of course security , scalability things can not be given by this kind of scripts. These scripts are more like running exchange with few users.
Interesting initiative hope success with your trades.
You forgot to mention there is no security on the platform ,judging by the code an average hacker could easily find an exploit and empty whatever is on these cloned exchange.
What you selling is 100%unsafe, managing an exchange requires a good infrastructure and team (security , admins etc)

Owning a clone of bigger and older site is not that good imo, there were many bitcoin related sites started their service with a clone script of older trusted sites but most of them were failed to survive. I think you need to create a unique script which is not a clone of other sites.
Being innovative will always get more attraction then trying to be other older site wannabe. Just my 2 cents though

How is the security taken into consideration? Has this been audited by someone trusted? How can people trust,if you have a backup door script which will wipe off all coins and send to your specified address?
You do not have to be a programmer to see if the code is cleanIt does not need to be a programmer, but you need to provide a system that is safe for users?
