Can you use the $11 to buy an account with full member status, and then join a sig campagin? Why do you need the 1 BTC in a week? Seems like you could try a little something they call "hard work " back from where I come from, and you can get 1 BTC in relative short time, if you sacrifice some of your expenses (i.e. eat ramen noodle)

Here is my story: I lived in West bank,Palestine and I have friend in Gaza. The past week, my friend told me that he is now living together with the other 45 refugees in the same flat because Israel bombed their place.
His father is now dead while his mother is still recovering at the hospital because of its injury done by the incident. He asked my help financially in order to pay at the hospital but I'm just 22 years old
and I don't have that much money to help him. I am donating 1 unit of my blood for the people of Gaza and now I'm trying to help my friend.

Even if he explain his situation in details, IMHO, not many people will buy the story and I doubt any one will donate for his treatment.

Realistically, if you are not willing/able to get a job, you will not make 1btc in one week. 
$2000 jobs may be hard to get for some, so even if you get a job you probably won't be able to make 1 btc in a week
