I can see that the project was comprehensively and creatively made by the team. It was comprehensive and creative for they cited a problem of counterfeit plus providing a statistical data to show that there is a rampant problem of counterfeiting in different countries. With this, the team introduced a solution that could not only help address the above-mentioned problem but also the team stated the platform and steps of how blockarray would be executed in the future. Nice project and I hope this will be successful

Yes it would be possible, but our system for B2B is for accounting purposes.
We have developed something called "dual layer QR codes" where we can have both un-encrypted and encrypted information. We are planning on using that + a smart contract escrow service to handle p2p real-world transactions for items. The smart contract would have the barcode information (from the seller) and the dual-layer QR code would be generated from the buyer. the buyer would use an encryption key (his private key, PGP key, etc) to encrypt a message. when the transaction happens in the real world, the BUYER scans the barcode, signaling the smart contract the trade is taking place, and when successful the BUYER tells the SELLER the PIN number or w/e was the word he encrypted on the dual-layer QR code, signaling the smart contract to release the funds.
That is a good 18 months away, smart contracts need to be more robust and stable in order for us to feel comfortable advertising that sort of stuff.
