I respect your opinion, but these days are not same as of that time, we need to pay for services which are necessary for new coins (like wallets, pools, exchanges, promotions ...), Satoshi was pioneer he didn't have to pay anyone for the services, but we have to pay, premine distribution is already described above, developers are not going to have all the premine.
