What ever you experience so you say coin is bad? I think the coin is in development so it is not so good. It will be better than the changes they make.

People have different standards for that, to me a bad ICO is a project that it is a scam or that it has no chances of being made a reality, to me a Token that losses value after the ICO is not necessarily a bad ICO because if the developers deliver what they promised then you will make good profits.

Totally agree. If your tokens go down in the short term, it is not a scam. If you want to compare the crypto market to the stock market, look at something like Amazon. It took them something like 10 years before they experienced insane growth in price. Crypto definitely moves faster, but not seeing huge returns in 3-4 months should not be cause for concern.

I know that ADX is not a bad ICO but paying people who joined the signature campaign is not the basis of being a good ICO at all there are a lot of things to be considered before telling that a certain ICO is Good or Bad.

i think only coindash is very bad ico
adx first listing in bittrex, price is very high, investor and buyer ico after listing bittrex sell adex coin i think can get profit

although this now adex price under ico price

I agree adex price hit 13k sat when listed on bittrex thats more than the Ico price so surely ico participant profited that time if they had able to sell their tokens during that pump. Even now that adex price dumps still not neccesary to say its bad ico since all altcoins are have their dump time. Even large volume altcoins like eth, ltc, xrp etc. Maybe you could say one ico is bad if they turn out to be a scam.

Bancor is not bad at all. For other icos I agree with you to some extent and also we can also add tezos for collecting pointless amount of money.

I agree with this, even if some people are later going to complain that only whales got into the coin the truth is that most projects do not need tens of million of dollars, if you cannot develop a project with less than that then you are mismanaging your resources.

Pillar and adex is good i mean they have made good reputations. Also with polybius given the fact they have a consistent basher. During ICO they have been more and more FUD attacks for polybius but all of them are not proven and justified.

You can add these to the list:
BitCad - They didn't put coin in any exchange. Not a single buy order in Etherdelta.
Onplace - They couldn't collect minimum amount. They didn't give bounties.
Orocrypt - They ran away with funds. They didn't give bounties.
Sonm - They collected big amount of money but coin price is way below ICO price.

Exscudo is good. They are just setting things up also I already saw the project and it was nice and feels like it is easy to use. everything is okay and I think on september the coin will be traded.

The fact is that some participants change their company signatures as gloves, because they did not like it, and immediately run to another company to get more. Of course, on the one hand you can understand, but it should be some kind of framework of decency.
