If you haven't yet received the payment, you wont. They specified (at the end) that they dont intend paying to "spam" twitter accounts. Move on.

when they cant stay on their promise of distributing bounties.. then dont expect them to deliver anything..
Yes, they intentionally not paying to promoters, if they think that all twitter accounts are not good for them, they should have analysed and stopped us from participating, after collecting the funds they have no excuse, lame scammers, very cheap people.
