Sorry if I have to play the devil's advocate, but from an investor's perspective it doesn't look at all realistic (in terms of expected returns) and is far more likely to be a ponzi. If you at least released some details about how you are going to make this kind of return it would put some of these concerns to rest.

First of all, i want to thank polarstorm for the nice talk and his faith in me and the project.
I nearly answered all his questions. He promised me to keep the given information condfidential. I trust him because he trusts me too.
He also got a proof of my identity in common ways.

To the others i'd like to say that i'm here for business purposes and not the wellfare.
Be honest, you would do it the same way if you got the opportunity to earn some extra cash in a promising way which isn't well known.
Of course, it seems suspicious to you, but let's make it my way or the highway.

regards

If you actually do have a business plan, PM it to me and I will confirm that this is legitimate and keep your business plan a secret.

if not, this is a ponzi.

Tell me where you were last sunday, if you dont do so, i will tell your wife you were buying drugs in las vegas an spend some time with a hooker...

"not guilty till proven otherwise" ever heard that one dude ?

----------------------------------------

I have talked a bit with him via skype, he answered all my questions about the refund and the things he wants to tell me about the invest.

I have invested a bit cause i think he is honest and there is a real chance to get some BTC back (from all i know so far).

This is the comment that I really like....

Are there any warranties?
NO! If it's gone by robbery, act of nature beyond control or similar other possibilities which i can't control, we all loose the BTC to 100%.
I won't rebuy any shares, after a trade.

Basically he can say "I robbed them, hence they are gone, lol" Who in their right mind would invest one satoshi without knowing even a little bit about what your investing in?

then he says

"Are you offering any refunds?
If the invest fails, and the BTC are gone, i'll give you a refund gurantee of 50%.
For example: You loan me 1 BTC and the invest fails, i'll payout 0,5 BTC to you.

So, what it is? first he said there isn't any warranties then he says he does... lol

I hope you know this is a joke. Like an actual joke, not a joke as in this company sucks, but the thread is a joke.

This looks like a scam attempt that needs more work.

@ruletheworld: in  how many shares are you interested in? please write me a pm and i will send you my address?

@bittop100: of course, i understand that you request more information, i would ask too.
but mind, if everyone would be able to invest where i do, my profit would decrease and as i said, i want the bigger part of the cake.

@polarstorm: for sure, i want the bigger part, cuz i'll have all the work ;-) i appreciate, that you can accept this fact. if you really interested in, i'm waiting for your pm.

Sounds interesting. Not the normal "blah" i have a "great idea" stuff. Hes honest with us, he says that he wants the "big" part, so he doesnt tell us what it is about. I think i would do it the same way, if i had something similar.

Maybe i invest a bit, but i have some further questions, i write you a pm.

I doubt you'll find people willing to invest when you're not even telling them what you are investing in.....

He made it quite clear that he is investing the money in to his own bank account so he can buy those nice clothes he wanted to buy.

tl;dr: I will gamble half of the BTC on just-dice and hope that I win.
