real estate development projects are profits never lie, but a lot of lately I've been stuck with a real estate scam, hopefully after I learn this, it will never happen again

Why do the team require so much money in the beginning? What part of development?

And what will happen if the project does not reach the softcap? Cancel and refund?


HOW MUCH IS THE SOFT CAP?

We currently have a pipeline of over $400 million in projects on 3 continents and our portfolio of projects continues to grow.  The soft cap and hard cap targets are conservatively set to provide contributors with diversification in their project selection.  With the soft cap of 100M DVX tokens (equivalent to US $44 million, with price varies from 0.30 cents to 0.75 cents per token), we will start engaging in 2-3 development projects, albeit the business is viable with as little as US $15 million with investments in few projects.  The hard cap further increases project diversity to 10-20 projects.


WHY RAISE THIS AMOUNT OF CAPITAL ?

Devolve Developer is not conducting a typical ICO project, we are different.

Did you take into account the possible dynamics of the market when preparing the forecast for the development of your project?

Devolve project is one of its kind because it centralized on physical assets (things that increase in value over time) and not physical liability (things that drops in value over time) the value of landed properties have the potential to double in every 12 months and this will have a positive impact on devolves that we acquired through one investment or the other, the devolve platform also covers reinvestment which is a very brilliant idea.

What documents does investor need to prepare to get the opportunity to invest money in in other countries’ real estate?
The standard documentation an investor will need for KYC and AML (Anti Money Laundry) are passports and a photo of himself/herself.
