I'm sorry if our roadmap has been misunderstood, but the "Live cam website dev" milestone from november is refering to the fact that the website dev has started, it's not finished yet.
You can see our alpha version on https://alpha.sexycam.red, we'll be performing streaming test during january and will open a closed beta during february/march. Our goal is a public opening during Q2/Q3 2019.
