The update explains a lot. You dont think they had to pay taxes? Maybe Im wrong, but I would think they would have to do that.
Why do you see the 120 BTC in Taxes as a red flag? Im not a tax expert, so maybe you see something I dont here?
The update you referenced goes into detail their expenses.
The exchange seems ok to me. Why would you see it as subpar?
Its about accountability.
650BTC equates to approximately 2.5 million dollars in this current market.
Its not about what either of us think. Or what anyone that just recently purchased excc might think. Its about accountability at the early stage of an exchange. this certifies that ethical business standards/protocol is been followed before encouraging others to trust them with the safety of their funds.
This is a blockchain platform, the movt of funds should be on a ledger + there shld be verifiable supporting info to support it. At this stage, a blog post to explain several millions in spending without supporting proof is
please do not try to explain away a bad practice with a far worse practice cos this is meant to be an exchange.
From all indication, the investors that entrusted them with millions of fund were drastically impacted.
They didn't invest 650 BTC for a broke platform with a 50K max buidl exchange. And that's max 50K buidl cost not value. So, without providing verifiable info to support this huge variation btw achieved roadmap to total cost, it wouldn't be safe to entrust them with more funds.
I hope that answers your question:)
So, there is nothing wrong with
https://xult.com/ if the
650BTC allocated to create/run
https://xult.com/ isn't almost gone.
Where we at with the roadmap, to what is spent is
We see their post, now lets see the supporting info. Some of us will get shit verified
Ok, I took your first post as on the unreasonable side. Sorry, my fault.
From my understanding, money is tight, and with all the expenses listed, it would be tight.
Now that they are at a point where their resources are limited, and they are being honest about it, and acting accordingly, it seems that they havent done anything lead us to believe they shouldnt be trusted.
From my understanding, they actually raised and had full control of the 650 BTC BEFORE they released their actually identities to the public. They could have disappeared easily with ALL the 650 BTC, and there would have been nothing anyone could have done about it most likely. But they did release their true identities to the public, so that builds a lot of confidence in their integrity to me.
So taking this into account, along with that they have been clear in their update, as to the money that was spent, I think they have been more transparent than many of the popular exchanges people have trusted assets with.
And I think the fact that they paid taxes is a good thing.
All that said, I understand your frustration with everything thats happened.
Things did not move forward as everyone would have hoped they would.
The market crashed, Xult took twice the quoted estimate, and the marketing company didnt deliver. These are the main factors for the disappointing results. Lets not hold the Devs feet to the fire for things that were outnof their control.
As they stated in their update, many established exchanges have gone under during this major market downturn, and the EXCC Ecosystem is still alive.
EXCC online wallet is very nice
Xchange.me is working
Xult.com is working
Now the Decentralized Echange wasnt supposed to come out until 2019 and may see delays on launch.
Still, the Devs have everything up and running and are ready to move forward, and bulid the EXCC Community, and gain new customers at the Xult Exchange, so being a large investor yourself, it would be good to see you stand with us and help to build the community to the best it can be.
I intend to build the EXCC Community, gain more investors in EXCC Coin, and help bring more customers to Xult.com.
The EXCC Community could benefit from someone who is willing to ask the hard questions, and still stick with us through the thick and thin.
Can I count on your support?
