Was it an unsuccessful attempt to scam users of this forum or what is going on?
Here is the original text that the OP posted at the time he created this thread and before he decided to edit it.
HOW DOES IT WORK
ETHHORSES.LIVEis a horce racing simulator on Ethereum.
The gambler picks a horse 1-8, if he wins he gets an instant 5X payout.
The game is 100% onchain, meaning instant payouts and no deposits required.
Every single winning bet will always be paid out, because it is controlled 100% by a smart contract.
The gambler places a bet, the contract queries an oracle (a third party contract which will retrieve the random number), and returns the gambler's stake x 5.
Also for every 1 ETH bet 500 HBT (Horse Burn Tokens) are minted. Horse Burn Tokens also burn at 5% on transfers.
PRE-SALE
We're having a pre-sale for the bankroll, and to provide a liquidity foundation for Horse Burn Tokens.
We're aiming to raise 500 ETH for 1.25 million tokens -> 1 ETH:2500 HORSE BURN TOKENS
The internal price is 1 ETH:500 HBT, as 500 HBT are minted for every 1 ETH bet. So this presale implies a 5X profit (5 * 500 = 2500).
People will be placing bets, minting HBT, then will sell them at a price which will be higher than the presale price.
150 ETH will go directly to Uniswap, at the internal price of 1:500 HBT.
350 ETH will go towards the bankroll. The bankroll permits a 1% max bet. So at current prices this will mean you will be able to roll up to $1400 per bet.
This means you can win $7000 instantly! Plus mint HBT tokens which you will be able to sell directly on Uniswap.

Note: This is a completely functional product. It already works 100% on testnet.
You are investing in a presale for a product that is already complete.
As soon as the presale is complete the contract will be deployed to mainnet.
This is your chance to get in early on a legit project that already has something completely working.
Let me know if you have any questions or queries!
Hope to hear from you soon!
