Hi Mike,
I am Simo Kynno's CEO.
The executive team is fully doxxed and it is the definition of a doxed team, we could have simply not mentioned anyone else if we did't see it fit and legitimate like many projects.
Plus, not everyone is a Linkedin expert, also except for me who spends a lot of time on my profile the other members aren't that well versed but it doesn't remove anything to their experience and technical expertise in Software development and Blockchain.
For the others, for privacy reason they didn't want their family names revealed to the public and as one of my team members explained earlier they are not all full-time members but some are working with us on a part-time basis.
If you have constructive questions feel free to ask or to follow our upcoming AMAs to see who is the team through video.
Finally, we are not here to justify ourselves against false accusations and defamation and our legal team led by our Attorney Mr Mehdi Benseghir -
https://benseghirpartners.com will get in touch with BitcoinTalk Legal team and the authorities if necessary in order to take the legal steps against any account defaming our project and team to raise a case for defamation, false accusation and allegations.
Best,
Ok, as I am not here to irk and dig (well, not really) how about this for a solution to prove that the team are indeed a team: group photo.
Almost every company have this, and it'll be easily prove that those people are really working for the company (the company logo will be visible on the photo, for sure) it won't necessarily reveal those staffs' family name and it doesn't matter if they're part time or a full timer, a group photo does no harm to them.
Although an AMA session with several of your staffs will be adequate enough to prove the same way a group photo will (if not stronger), not many people could attend the AMA due to the timezone difference and life schedules. A group photo can always be easily added to your website and this thread as a proof of employment.
To address your final note about defamation, do I understand correctly that you're referring to the scam accusation raised against your project? That is due to the findings of a trace of plagiarism on your whitepaper? This forum heavily frowned upon plagiarism as the action are mostly a good indicator of a scam project (if you're really serious with your project, you'll be extra perfectionist that you'll screen everything you display to the public and will not make that kind of error).
The scam accusation thread serves as a thread to inform people of the recent findings as well as to mediate the existing situation with the project owner, this is why most frequently than not (as shown here, done by @Saisher) the acussed will always be informed of the existence of the thread to allow them to explain their situation. The thread is not necessarily defame you, if you can prove yourself to be... not guilty (for the lack of better term) of the points in the accusations by providing counter-evidences, the thread starter will always be more than happy to be proven wrong and close the thread. In other words, the scam accusation thread can neither be exactly concluded as a false nor correct accusation until the findings served on the thread be thwarted by counter evidences or (as how it mostly happens to a scam project) the devs went AWOL from the forum as they're caught red handed on their attempts to scam people.
Take in mind that the thread's very purpose is to fight scam (which is more than plenty in cryptospace) and not to prevent or make it difficult for legit project to enter cryptospace. If you're truly legit and can prove yourself, all you need to do is provide those evidence on the accusation thread. Legal action is rather excessive, IMO. But if you think that's the best course to take, and if (dare I assume from the way you react) your company policy to everything is by legal action before mediation, then please, do what you want to do.
