For the whitepaper, we made the necessary changes as explained which clears all the allegations and made our mea culpa.

You should have done it in the first place. It wouldn't completely exonerate you, but at least it would show you are a better person.

I evoked legal pursuit because I was advised to do so by our legal team and uniquely on the Fake Team allegations which led to the creation of this thread in the first time.

As I said before, take that legal pursuit threats of yours and shove it up your ass. As for your advisers, maybe they should explain to you the legal repercussions of plagiarism. They ought to understand that copyright laws are absolute and you cannot use someone else's work without quoting and referencing. No matter how much you try to downplay it, it is a fact.

I don't know where did they get the idea of posting here without knowing how the forum works
Just the fact that they came to bitcointalk to advertise altcoin project that has plagiarized whitepaper shows that no one on their team knows absolutely nothing about bitcointalk, but I guess someone told them that bitcointalk is the place to be so here they are.

how they launched a Cryptocurrency based project when they lack ideas of decentralization, they thought that this is a centralized forum and they can go directly to the management and ask them for us to shut up,
For majority of altcoin projects "decentralization" is just a buzzword in order to attract investors while in reality they don't care about it at all.

this is the first time a visitor who drops here open a thread and threaten people with a legal suit because we are not praising their project instead we give them negative feedback because they deserve them.
It is rare, but it's not the first time I saw project creators come to scam accusation threads and threatening people with legal suits, demanding for threads to be removed, asking mods to remove the thread and other similarly laughable stuff.

It is your own opinion and you are entitled to call it the way you want.
Exactly. So if someone here on bitcointalk calls you a scam and leaves negative feedback, its his prerogative and there is nothing that you can do about it.

Hah, good luck with that. Who exactly will you sue over this?

For the whitepaper, we made the necessary changes as explained which clears all the allegations and made our mea culpa.
Things doesn't work like that, that negative feedback has to disappear and everything is good once you fix the whitepaper. You will find that standards here are much higher when it comes to judging altcoin projects so unless you are 100% clean(which your project obviously wasn't), you won't have good time here.

The photo is a from a model who actually works for us in our Marketing department, she is a model on her free time so I don't understand your point.

For the whitepaper, we made the necessary changes as explained which clears all the allegations and made our mea culpa.

What are you trying to prove here? What kind of trial? For what? When posting a stock photo of a person, when should a more recent photo of her be added?

What else? Where are the social contacts of all your employees? What is their work experience? What were they doing before?  Why are there only names?

What do you want to say here when you are not able to simply write a white document? Your editor steals phrases from other sites, thereby proving his unprofessionalism. Do you still not understand your guilt? You represent a project that you are in such a hurry to launch, but it does not represent anything.

Look at the history of the same projects that the forum found earlier.

@stalker22 is right. If you start with a plagiarized white paper, you are unclear in what you are saying or doing. We call it laziness so we can deduce that the project will be useless. and it's useless to put a photo with a model to attract pigeons. we have nothing to do.
if you threaten behind because you are not happy because the truth is thrown in your face. it was not necessary to leave any doubt, knowing that any investor, old or not, will directly check this kind of information first because it is the simplest compared to programming.

thank you goodbye

First I was talking about the fake tea accusation which I proved to be defamatory.

Second, I didn't insult anyone so have the decency not to use inappropriate words.

Third, I gave all the details of the mitigation plan we have established but feel free to search and if you find anything else I would be glad to discuss it like educated people.

Fuck pleasantries, I will choose my words as I see fit. If you don't like it, then feel free to fuck off.

Furthermore, you have come to our community to promote your dubious project, and on your very first post, you have gone way overboard. Responding to legitimate concerns of respectable community members with aggressive online harassment and threats with legal repercussions. Seriously? Who the fuck do you think you are? The queen of internet bullying? Scaring people into believing that they will be affected or have negative consequences if they continue to stand up against potential scammers is not a way to deal with the situation. Internet bullying and intimidation tactics do not work here, they just get you labeled as a total bitch and get you a side-eye from other members.

Therefore, to show you that we are legit, our legal team lead by our Attorney Mr Mehdi Benseghir - https://benseghirpartners.com will get in touch with BitcoinTalk Legal team in order to take the legal steps against any account for defamation, false accusation and allegations.

False accusations are punishable by law in any jurisdiction with a hefty fine and possible jail time.

Are you serious? You threaten legal action because someone in the community accuses you of blatant plagiarism? Well, good luck with that.

Nevertheless, if the person who created this thread is willing to cooperate and admit she is wrong, we are giving 4H to amend the post title stating that you accusations are false and that we are indeed a legit project and thus remove all mentions of scams.

Wow. That's classic! I suggest you take your threats and shove them up your ass with the aid of your legal team.

Any further accusations towards our project or any of our team members will be directly added to the case that will be raised against any account with BitcoinTalk and if necessary with the authorities.

Count me in! I will dig deeper into your motherfucker history to see what I can find out.

Regarding the team, each one has the right for his privacy and not all members gave the okay to add their family names also we added only ours and we are not planning to change that. We have also amended Yuliya's picture to avoid any misunderstanding in the future.

Regarding the few paragraphs that you mentioned, I myself used a plagiarism tool to check after your message and found no further matches at all so I am surprise that you did. I would be glad to know which one you are using to make sure nothing else slips through the cracks Smiley

I asked the team to remove and replace the parts that have been used to avoid any future allegations.

I understand that you are doing your job to preserve the community and we are 100% aligned with fighting scammers but you have to understand that we are not at all scammers and that being flagged as so despite all the efforts we are putting towards our project is hurting.

Nevertheless, I did not double check the work of the Communication team in the fist place and got into a heated discussion with them this morning but I bear all the responsibility for it.

While I am writing this message I believe the changes have already been implemented and the references added.

I hope this closes this topic  Smiley

If you have any further questions feel free to ask if not I would be grateful of you to remove this thread now that everything has been clarified and settled.

So you understand now that people here are doing their job to preserve the community, I kept looking and did not see a part where you ask apology for bribing and threatening us for

Again, we welcome constructive feedback anytime  Wink

They... have given the constructive feedback:

The best solution asks her to provide a short video like 2/3 sec that she is working on your project. Since you already have been using images, so providing a short video won't be a privacy issue at all.
[...]

I wonder how could you missed this part of suggestions, given it is repeated several times, which, by the way, is a very far easier way to prove your credibility than the lawsuit you're trying to pursue to --the way I read them, I am not guilty and punisable by law for misinterpreting your meaning, LOL-- flex yourself and/or to threaten people. Honestly and in a spirit of positive... feedback, wouldn't you agree that taking the course of lawsuit will actually hurt your own reputation?

I won't blame lovesmayfamilis for failing to find Ms. Novikava's IG profile though, even with the picture you gave and her full name, I can't find the correct ig profile --I can't imagine what'll my IG algorithm shows me after this, given I spent so many times scrolling through nail arts and uhh... models. So... link? It'll be very much appreciated.

Another constructive feedback, while you're at it, I think it won't hurt to ask your lawyer to kinda also give a proof that he's in a partnership with you too and you didn't just pluck his photo from the firm's website and put it in your WP without his knowledge. I think a picture of him holding your company name is more than enough.

Ok, Yulia Novikova may have been sorted out, but only with her photo, no more. I don't understand one thing, why post a stock photo when this girl does not hide her identity?
Further, all team members do not have a single contact on social networks. We can't find out anything about your team, except that Yulia's name is Yulia, and she's a fashion model. So, with all the members of the team. I would rather not show the team at all than present cropped photos that may have the same unknown origin.
But figs with him, with the team. Another point is interesting.

Yesterday I showed you a piece of copied material in your white paper. You said you would add links.

2. Accusation of plagiarism: The whitepaper has been reviewed before publication but the references to the different articles that our editorial team has used for inspiration or a few lines like it is the case in this specific case have not be added by mistake. Therefore, I asked my team to rectify this mistake and add all the references.

But, I see today a completely rewritten white document.

https://archive.st/o2rz

I again find copied lines from different sites, and in your document, there is not a single link to these copy-pastes.
What's wrong with your white paper writer? Why is he not able to write everything correctly, and on his own?

I have read this excuse a hundred times before and yours is one of the worst explanations a whitepaper is so important because everything starts here it defines where the project is going, plagiarism of other people's work whatever excuse you may have is not an excuse for you to get tagged.

Bear in mind, that in the corporate world, all companies get ideas and even more from each other. It's a standard practice accepted by all and even more in blockchain where everything is open source. I myself would be flattered that another project would take pieces of our work, it would mean that we are on the right path. I would invite you all to check Microsoft's inception  Wink

That is why there are so many scams here because of plagiarism.

That said, we took time to answer your questions but we don't have much time to spend with this kind of useless fud and would rather focus on constructive questions.

it's not FUD it started because you are copying other people's content for your crowdfunding project

Here is the picture of Yuliya with our CEO....
Maybe that's just me but it doesn't look like it's the same person. As COOLCRYPTOVATOR suggested, you need to ask her to provide a clearer photo or a short video at the office to confirm that she really work with you.
Regarding the whitepaper, didn't you proofread it before publishing it! didn't you notice the plagiarized content?
The problem with plagiarized whitepapers and why a project with a plagiarized whitepaper can't be trusted isn't only because it's considered intellectual property theft, but because it means that there is no project to begin with.

To answer your first accusation, indeed Yuliya is also a model in life and takes several pictures that are then resold on sites provided for this purpose. We will make sure that Yuliya communicates on video to show you that Kynno is not a scam at all.
The best solution asks her to provide a short video like 2/3 sec that she is working on your project. Since you already have been using images, so providing a short video won't be a privacy issue at all. If you failed to do so, likely your account would get flagged. I am not tagging right now for your explanation. If nothing, then definitely your account will be flagged with a red tag.

And what is the explanation for plagiarism? Often projects show the same excuse as always. You should use the source link if you collect content from elsewhere. This is a red flag for a project.

To answer the accusation of plagiarism, indeed this part of the text was copied by our editor, you learn it to me at the same time or you discover it, I will make the necessary to have explanations of its share.

I don't think it was discovered, you're just exposed, nothing can justify plagiarism, this section is full of projects that plagiarized their whitepaper and they did not survive we have hundreds of them here in this section, so cook up a good explanation and let's see if it's something new.

However, I would ask you not to damage our project in this way, and to give us the opportunity to respond to your accusations.

We will come back to you quickly here in public.

In the meantime, it would be nice to put OFF the post that discriminates against us for no reason and harms us.

I dropped a line on their announcement thread telling them about this issue, they have two things that get them busted fake team and of course plagiarism, they claimed that their token is already sold out, I pity those investors who bought this shit token, they posted that it was sold out on the time they open an announcement thread I don't know if this is true but this project will go down the drain.
