Why do they treat their most loyal, long term customers like this?

I assume not because they want to but because something is seriously not right over at Cryptsy. What that could be I don't know, but can't wait to find out.

I've been waiting on a 1 BTC withdrawal since November 23rd.   Every withdrawal gets held up like this now...    No explanation.

Why do they treat their most loyal, long term customers like this?

Hello,

Most BTC LTC and BTCD w/ds are currently extremely slow moving due to tech issues. This progressively got worse over the past week and were trying to find the reason they are not going out. Please understand that due to extremely high security this a very complex system and the problem is still being resolved.

Sincerely,
Phoebe

crystal ball prediction ... random 'locking of accounts' ... for false personal info ... even if your innocent there will be an iron wall and a forever long line ... bet dollars to donuts big ltc or btc withdraws will 'trigger' this too Wink

Withdrawal pending for over 3 days now. Opened several tickets and they serve me the same BS all the time, problems, their team s working on it. As soon as I get my BTC, I close down my account. Will never use Cryptsy agan. This comes from a user who s been with them almost 3 years. No more shit.

Maybe it's time to create new thread on bitcointalk about cryptsy withdrawal problem? Who knows how many people waiting for their money? Maybe cryptsy totally out of money and gone mtgox?

These fuckers hold my 5 btc withdrawal. It's shown as 'pending' for more than 2 weeks now. I have contacted them on support but all that they did is just asked me to re-submit it. And nothing happened, withdrawal still was pending. I have contacted them again, and they cancelled it again. New withdrawal are pending for 5 days and they started ignore me. I think it's time to say goodbye to my money. Worst exchange ever.

It has been 2 months since I first posted in this thread on the issue, there still has been no change in the situation, and no contact from Cryptsy to work towards resolving it.

Why all the hate for Cryptsy. I use and keep using them. Security is good, the company behind it is good...

Would you rather to give your money to scam exchanges?

Look above. They aren't functional, they hold back money, they don't want to change anything.

For Satan's sake, you people just revived a thread that's over 1 year old. AFAIK all problems previously reported on this thread were solved by Cryptsy and the thread died (until this stupid bump).

No, the problem with XCR (Crypti) has not been solved for many months and requests by both holders and developers of Crypti have been ignored other than the form responses mentioned here earlier. This thread will be continued to be bumped until the problem is resolved.

Cryptsy is holding mine and other people's property without our permission. Financing their business was never part of any agreement we had.

I will talk to Mullick about the status of the Crypti wallet.... You get the best results contacting support or going into our chat box usually an admin in there. Or PM me if you have done all these things and feel like lets post a bitcointalk thread today...

Thank you for doing that. We are sending support tickets, emails, tweets since 6 months. A community member of Crypti contacted nearly every single moderator of the chat box. Nothing happened.

The latest client is Crypti v0.3.2. Make sure you use this version. Smiley

Ok I finally know the issue. Apparently at some point there was an update that changed RPC calls. Crypti is a custom integration and the developer who was working it was let go. I have assigned it to a developer as a priority so should have it fixed up soon.

Great. He can add me on skype if needed. We want to do everything possible to bring this back up! Smiley

Thank you John!

Pm me your skype name

So I already PM'ed you my Skype name 3 times! You answered not once! You sounded very serious about this, but now I have to pull back this opinion..

This had all been tried over the past 6 months with no results. My last email was June. I have asked other members of the Crypti team to join in here so we can get this resolved. Thanks.
