Me either because the OP could contact the available blockchain dev, community manager etc we have on this forum rather than posting their recruitment here and I also think this is an act of avoiding the normal payment usually pay for the job.Only people who are greed will apply for this kind of job where his own reputation is at stake cause the team information and number is not provided.

I would consider the OP as a bounty campaign that pays in BTC. Just like other bounties, they will pay at the end of token sale which is a problem. If they are really serious in their recruitment, they should change the payment terms and make it weekly but I also don't think they have the fund for that.

We can't expect to get paid by you when we have to wait til ICO is over. There is nothing to compromise here. What you should be offering is how we should value your project, there is nothing special to this project.

If you want to hire great talents then pay them by weekly basis and not when the time you raise some money since it's pretty sound shady to see this up.
We see a lot of this before and to tell you seriously it's really not working out for great guys here and most provably you will get a shitty guys who provably messed up with your project.

I have seen this so many times, planning a huge project out of nothing just asking people to work for them for future payment, they are not even offering an escrow, we can consider this bounty hunting and freelancers or bounty hunters will only get a payment once the project is a success, but if they see that it's not getting support, they will just pull out the plug and you will never hear anything from them again.
Sound like scammy to me. You going to hire people and you will pay after raised fund. No, most likely you will not get any quality contributors from this forum. No one will work free for your worst tokens/coins. Seems some users raised question about English on your site. Which is very strong indication very poor professionalism. You should check everything before live your website publicly.

As much as I like to support projects that are environment focused I can only say that your website is looking shady. The very own fact that you're giving an example of $2 billion is crazy. We're not in the good ol' ICO boom years. Legitimate project with MVPs and excellent management team can hardly raise a few hundreds thousand dollars from retail investors. I don't understand the need for a BEES coin. If you are a charity just raise funds for bees and offer certificates of contribution or a plastic medal, shirt, etc. Why create a blockchain for that?

I guess you will not get enough candidate unless you soecify the payment; not at least quality candidate. I would consider myself applying for Community Manager & Translator manager but without a certain payment, I wouldn't bother to apply.
At least, you can specify whether the payment will be with BTC or your token; although I assume payment will be in BTC since this board is for BTC payment services only. Otherwise, you must move the thread into altcoin service board.

You should indicate here the salary these future candidates will be getting, because if in the end that it's just your futile tokens (seems that's it because it's really of no value if the future candidates start to work) be paid that really isn't worth to work for. If you're posting it in the Services board then I presume you will pay bitcoin to these future candidates.
