Hi !

can you do me a favour and test Pool ?

I just pointed 7 THs for 1 Day to my Pool and checked POS/POW Problems with Wallet .

2015-05-14 12:31:15 [Pool]      [emark] (Thread 3) Share rejected: {"job":"13","ip":"188.226.209.186","worker":"glenglen.rent","difficulty":3963.87096774,"error":"low difficulty share of 2237.4952358029145"}
2015-05-14 12:31:15 [MySQL]     [emark] Share inserted

Sometimes 10 Blocks went ok, but if 1 Block with POS got the same ID it stucked and fail to insert in Database . Thats ONLY at Emark ;-( . Damn i wish to find the Failure .

Looks like the developers have reverted v1.2.0

Deposits and withdrawals will be back online at cryptsy shortly after a chain resync

Hi Mullick,  When will we be able to deposit DEM into our cryptsy accounts Huh

Forget Cryptsy.

*scratching my big, empty head, obviously confused......*
Now, why do you say that, I really wonder........  Shocked

Well, since when DEM wallet is stuck at Cryptsy ?
And if efforts are going towards Cryptopia, I think it translates to the same thought about Cryptsy Smiley...
By "Forget", I meant : "Others have waited a lot desperately, prepare to think about an alternative exchange".

you need 5MIO votes to get on the exchange right...

so DOT is listed like vote ? couse that cost 0.7BTC ? am i right?
for 0.7BTC we get  new exchange Smiley for DEM

yes, for immediate addition to Cryptopia's exchange

But it may cost much less, it may be 500k or 1M DOT, depends how much the other listed coins get within a week

But efforts need to be synced in order to avoid them to be wasted (due to votes reset each end of week)

Exactly... this is why I tell people to gather coins and wait till Saturday, to see how much will be needed. If we start sending now, we may never make it or pay a lot more than needed. We will act as one, just a single blow.

the issue remains though, all pools I can find have about the same hashrate and we have no idea where the vast majority of net's hashrate comes from.

I will check block explorer in case it includes a hint

I found various posts about "private pools" for DEM...

http://forum.deutsche-emark.org/index.php?topic=691.0

I am starting to believe that most people solo mine DEM
and it is natural, if you can dedicate 10-15TH then you don't really need a pool for this coin

my main problem is that net's hashrate is 87-88TH
and if it's going to take me 2.5 hours to solve a block, I better solo mine it and keep the 50 DEM myself

ispace has 1.7TH (including me)
hamsterpool has 2TH (me)
gcpool is another 1.6TH (not me)
miner-control.de has 5TH - never tried it, I don't like the wallet address as a username
coinz.at has 4TH but I can't login and they don't respond to my emails
and suprnova has something like 5GH

where are the rest? solo mining?

There are a lot of unknown / unlisted active pools as :

http://dem.werming.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=pool

trying both pools now, the one above and http://gcpool.ddns.net/dem/public suggested by glen123
I am using an S3+ on each to see differences, % of invalid shares etc

A reminder to Everyone:

eMark is on Cryptopia Exchange for Voting!

https://www.cryptopia.co.nz/HomeAction/Voting

Remember, you can vote daily and support our coin!
Votes are for free

The DOT address for paid votes is 16vzsNsukdCtPCjPZNFKnoG17FUuVt5Wk
However, it would be best to wait for the weekend and see how much DOT would be needed.

Do not forget to vote daily and inform everyone to support eMark!

This is crucial for the coin's survival and growth, we need a working exchange!
