Hello everybody,
I am a dentist owning more than one dental pratices.
I am looking forward to start accepting cryptocurrencies into my business.
Actually i would probably accept part in real money (Say 30%) part in crypto.
I am also thinking about opening a sort of dentalplan (paying an annual fee, gives access to a lot of discounts and guarantees) in this casse It would Be 100% crypto.
What do you guys think about? Suggestion?
Thanks for your time!!

First allow me to say that you are the coolest dentist alive.

Now with that being said, i personally believe that your first idea is better right now than the second one. For example,  you can accept Bitcoins and have a company instantly transfers it to fiat currency for your bank account(Since business require money to pay the bills) and you would be supporting cryptocurrency at the same time.

Here's one example: https://bitpay.com/retail

For the annual fee the same thing could be done. If you set a fixed price in dollars for example you shouldn't have any issues, it's up to the customers if they would like to pay for the annual plan when Bitcoin is low.

Thanks! Will see of i will Be able to make It real.

About spending bitcoins, i builded up pretty much a name into industry, this means i could convince suppliers ti accept crypto as payments, making It more circular.

Do you guys know of anybody "loans" crypto?

Like i borrow you x and you will pay me back monthly+fees

EDIT:
Dentalplan would give access to 20-30% discount
That sounds pretty attractive in fact, a lot better.

Would it be possible for you to give some sort of discount when people use cryptocurrency to pay?
In the end, you are saving on transaction fees and it's always a good thing to have less cash in your offices (to combat stealing)

I've seen some stores give out a 5 or 10% discount when people pay with Bitcoin.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
First of all, thanks everybody for your interest and fast response.
I consider myself an entrepenuer rather than a dentist. I Ve builded 3 clinics very fast and pretty succesfully, now i am trying to do something new.
I would like to replicate my successfull business model to other dentists (also in other countries) and i was thinking to introduce other Payments methods.
Great decision, but you should at least be familiar with it and learn more about this industry, like how you can stay your crypto safe, how to recover your funds once software malfunction or whatever.

I feel like It Is risky, but being One of the First using It could Be a huge advantage over competitors.
I would like to involve more and more dentists.
My motto Is "make dentistry affordable for everyone". So to speak crypto could help me out reaching that goal...
I Will Need to dig Infos before accepting It, so any Little suggestion would Be helpfull to make the process faster.

One concern Is about taxes, how are they regulated in Europe? Are there countries where It Is easier to accept them? Obviously i Will ask also to professionist, but sometimes (often) users are more informed than others...
I will suggest that much better if you accept segwit and lightning payment as well for faster transactions. Also about the tax
Fortunately, in all EU countries and Switzerland and Liechtenstein, cryptocurrency sales are exempt from the VAT.
Though I don't know if its still applicable now, don't see some news about taxation in EU countries.

I think giving discounts will be a good way to attract patient to pay using crypto. It is a win win situation for the clinic and the patient.

I think it’s a great idea but you’ll need to find the best places to advertise. I’m not sure where or how you’d go about that to get the best exposure.

It’s all about being seen.

as long as you are considering two things, i'd say it is a great decision.
first is the volatility that bitcoin and mostly other cryptocurrencies have which can eat into what you earn a lot at times. but if you can get over that risk then it can be a good potential for profit too as bitcoin is going to grow for sure.
second is whether there is a market for that. what i mean is whether your patients (since it can be different depending on the countries) even know about bitcoin and most importantly whether they are willing to spend it or are they only interested in hoarding bitcoin.

About cripto/crypto It Is my damn t9!! I Will change It ASAP

Just to add, you can use services like Bitpay[1] if you want to have a work-around for you to prevent being f*cked up by the volatility.

Also, mind telling us why you decided to accept cryptocurrencies? Is it just because you're also a bitcoin/crypto enthusiast? or is it because a lot of your customers are asking to pay with bitcoin/cryptocurrencies?

For corrections it's cryptocurrency not criptocurrency.
You wanting to accept cryptocurrency as a medium of payment in your dental clinic would in my opinion be a great idea but you must accept established coin like the top three coins in the coin market cap especially bitcoin.

Good luck mate
