how many wants this feature?
actually i love paypal service and hope that PayPal will add this feature in future.
by this process we can withdraw our btc any time in sec.just send btc to paypal then withdraw to bank.
whats your opinion is here any other service like paypal which accept bitcoin...?

i don't think paypal will ever add this to their system, maybe they get into bitcoin someday with a new wallet that deals with bitcoin to get fees and use this opportunity but that day is far away. also nobody likes paypal, especially those who are using bitcoin, we all prefer using bitcoin and stay as far as possible from paypal.
i dont think it will be possible anytime sooner. rivalry is going on with paypal and btc. paypal is against btc and this fight wont solve imo. paypal blocks the account if it sees you trading paypal to bitcoin.

i am talking about the future when bitcoin is about to replace all forms of online money/payment systems. or in other words when paypal is removed from the scene by bitcoin, that is when they will do something about it in order to stay relevant; but not now.

i don't know about PayPal whether they accept Bitcoin not. But, payza already have this option i.e., you can deposit as your country currency (if it was mentioned there) and convert it to Bitcoin or deposit as Bitcoin and withdrew as Fiat. Before that you've to verify your payza account in order to use this feature.

I also use the services of paypal to my blog income. very happy if paypal could add deposit option with bitcoin. I've heard that the boss of paypal was very amazed by bitcoin. I think this is a signal positive of their interest
paypal hopefully can immediately accept bitcoin

yeah of course I wanted that to happen moreover bitcoin safe and secure paypal will also be illegal because there is no money coming into bitcoin directly. so paypal will never be disadvantaged if they receive deposit option with bitcoin
This course will provide benefits for both

PayPal is not Bitcoin friendly at all. If they found out your account has much related activities, they will hold your fund or close your account. Maybe you can get away with Coinbase and Bitcoin debt card.

Paypal never gonna allow this and even if you sell your bitcoins for paypal to any members here in the forum or outside they can ask for refund after you send them bitcoin as paypal is reversival and in most of the cases buyers win. So better to use other alternatives like getting bitcoin debit card and add it to paypal and purchase items.

No way. I wouldn't actually want that to happen since PayPal has some very large security issues.

Don't you actually know that there are thousands of PayPal accounts cracked every day?
I had a friend who is able to crack around 10 accounts a day. Good thing is he doesn't actually use the money. Rather, he emails the account owner to increase security on their account and he receives donations/tips.

i think these feature won't be available in paypal and also i was heard that some of paypal users switched to using bitcoin and i personally don't expect those feature because i had already comfortable using bitcoin even though i have paypal account and i think because the complicated requirements and high fees people will stay away from paypal including me

I choose to use Bitcoin rather than Paypal if given a choice, and I'm finding more websites than ever with that choice available. Bitcoin is a competitor for Paypal and Paypal doesn't want to encourage its adoption by allowing people to deposit money by bitcoin.

I will choose bitcoin too if i had the option. Paypal will never permote bitcoins, that the reason they dont have option of bitcoin deposits, but no matter what paypal does, they cant stop the popularity of bitcoins.

I wants this feature?
Why?
Because still many online services and products we can't pay with Paypal.
Because of this I have to exchange my BTC funds through virwox service to paypal, what is very expensive way.
I hope someone, mybe you, will create cheaper and more easy way to exchange Bitcoin to Paypal.

Why must use paypal for online services and products?

These days, we use bitcoin debit cards for online services and products if they don't accept bitcoin.
The fees to use the debit cards is lower and faster than convert bitcoin to paypal through 3rd party.

Also, who still accept paypal these days? credit cards, bank transfer or bitcoin are far better than paypal.

I use a bitcoin debit card too, and I use that card behind Paypal. Why? It's much more secure that way, besides, it's the merchant that covers the Paypal fees, and saves me time to type the card details.

@ontopic don't you have a service in your country that allows you to instantly convert and deposit your bitcoin to your bank account? Pretty sure most major exchange do that.

We should not rely too much on 3rd parties to do transactions with Bitcoin. We should deal directly with merchants and other people. These 3rd parties have their own ToS and you might just end up

breaking one of their stupid rules and regulations and be left without any coins. Just imagine the accumulated fees you have to pay, from the time when you buy the bitcoins, until you transferred it

to one of these services and paid for some product or services.  Roll Eyes

I agree with you!  But the problem is, in other country especially mine, there are too few merchant that accept Bitcoin transaction.  Local online store  just have Credit Card, Visa Card, Paypal and other none crypto stuff as their mode of payment.  I can see as Bitcoin supporter, (for the sake of using Bitcoin and supporting it) I agree to go on this some kind of process even if it gives an add on fee.

Actually it is not possible. Even though paypal is regulated by a central authority, but it also follows the rules of various countries. So it will be impossible for them to incorporate bitcoin.

However, there are lots of exchangers available in the market who will help you to exchange your bitcoin fund to your paypal account and then you can withdraw it to your bank account. I think this is a better option because if you use paypal directly, then you will have to declare your identity to them.

I can withdraw my BTC to my bank via bitcoin local exchange in my country. well, I don't think PayPal will want to make this feature in the future. It's very risk for PayPal to make this feature.
