Yes that is how it should be done in general. It doesn´t help the project to be listed very early one some big exchange since everyone will just see the pump and dump and won´t care about the project or the actual usecase. Hard to change someones mind after they might have been burnt due to some speculation for example

The project has not shown any signs of life from january, and if before there was at least something, now there is no new information at all for several months. After a long wait and a public launch of the platform last year, now it no longer works and the site descrow.org does not open, and only descrow.com is still available.
i have a friend who joined this campaign and he thinks that the project is dead because the devs are inactive and he thinks the investors have stopped following the campaign.
Any updates regarding with this project, i feel the project is dead due to the lack of consistent updates and the ico investors probably stopped checking this project anymore.
