I use etherscan to view the number of transactions after the announcement of ICO, but for some reason, at the address to which it is proposed to make a transfer ETH etherscan shows that there has not yet been an investment. I do not understand something correctly?
What wallet did you track? It seems that after the pre-sale the developers changed the address.
