Thats a picture, you have to do it with the forum editor.

Why can't you? Hero members can have background colour, and it's not going to stop someone tweaking his design.

If it wasn't a picture you would be able to mark the text, which you are not. Also it's not clickable, so it doesn't include the , which means it'a picture.
