This is released under the public domain. So you can use it for everything you want. Only thing I ask is that you don't use it for "design your own bitcoin logo" competitions, and run with the price money :p.

Fwiw, Timbo designed a logo for me and i have paid him the 5btc after the logo was made.
I have asked him not to release the graphic until the website is done but i am happy with his work.
