Seems like DestinyX.com has placed a global restriction. Like the other forum members, the system is giving me an error message when I'm trying to create an account. My country isn't in the restricted countries list on DestinyX. Perhaps, there is something wrong with your Geo-blocking system.
However, I have found something different on DestinyX licensing. The company 'Titan Interactive N.V.' is registered (located) in Curacao, but the casino has taken the license from the Anjouan gaming license provider. This is the first time I have heard the name of Anjouan Gaming License.

Also, good catch on their licensing issue, I wonder if there is some legitimate mistake behind it or this casino is trying to mess around with their licensing for some reason, obviously it is not a good signal for anyone minimally interested on depositing and trying this casino for the first time.
