Just looked at the road map and saw that Everex will be doing First quarterly EVX token buy back in Q1 of 20188. does that mean that will reduce the circulating supply ? How much are they buying back and what will then be the circulating supply at that time?

What does Etherscan show about your wallet status regarding EVX?
Did you add EVX as a custom token to your MEW? If you did it sometimes helps to remove EVX and then add it again as custom token.

I wondered about that too. However I read at Slack that the team is on a holliday after the token sale. (Which I would do too after raising $26 million). If not answered here perhaps you can ask your question at the Slack channel.

It took me some time to read, weigh and decide, but I eventually stepped in. A bit too late, but still on time. :-)
The price of this ICO is on the high side. The recent market is not good. If the project is very good, it will still be successful.

ICO starts in 32 hours. If your interested in Everex I would advise setting up their official ICO wallet prior to the start. This can be done by using their site or this link: https://t.everex.io/t/FnpzduK. Each participant can deposit directly to their own Everex ICO wallet when the token sale begins.
