The numbers mean odds for football or 'soccer' - 1x2: the first one is home win the 2nd one is the draw, draws have the highest odds, the last one is away win.
Now, you have to bet on these lines as soon as they open because with nearing the start of the match they tend to drop because people start to put money at the bookies and the odds decrease.
Also, when people are betting on a line, it decreases and the opposite line increases because the money moves like on a scale you put more on one end - it dips and the other end lifts.

These numbers don't make any sense the way they are written.
If OP would like to share with us somethign more mayeb "we will win together" as he wrote: but if we have to interpret these numbers for them to make some sense (not knowing if it's the right one or not) and then also putting some money on it......then I guess I will fold this one.

I think OP is telling us the odds change to discover which to be bet on...
you can see Truro City with 2.30 at the opening and end up with 2.00, which is a 0.3 decreased (which is not very usual in this either way odds match)
I think this method should work but not 100%, maybe around 70 - 80%, but you will still got some profit if you just follow.
