To each his own...but for what its worth, these videos are kinda lame mate. I suppose in the spirit of free creation that DVC is trying to promote I should accept them at face value. Unfortunately I don't think they really relate to DVC in a positive light, just my opinion though.

the problem with devcoin is that open source doesn't usually make a great deal of money, since I can see the source and do me own whatever. To get paid good money for something that won't generally make more money is very difficult.
That's why a portion of the coins that are mined goes straight to Devtome users (writers, artists, musicians, etc) to be used in projects of their choosing.

That's fine, when a coin gets dumped, that means someone is buying them. That just allows newer investors to make large investments before the dumping ends and the market goes back up
