Where would this Visa card be accepted ? How does the process work ? I can understand how virtual bank visa cards work but how bitcoins visa work ?

Good to see another btc debit/credit cards website in progress but this type of website or service is not new because some websites like those listed at https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-bitcoin-debit-cards-1242788 offers a similar service, you can learn one or two things by visiting their website.
