i will update this post every now and then. di ko alam ilan pinoy didto  and if ilan interested sasali but from the first batch, sa fb na ang next accounts kukunin.
i will limit to a maximum of 50 lang. im not sure if ganito karami ang pinoy sa bct but yan ang upper limit ko. so from the first 50, sila na bahala mag expand by getting more members sa fb friends nila.

i will launch hopefully by this week. estimate ko lang.

Take note, it will be fully transparent. If someone gets admitted to the group, that means may 20K sya and may 2K ang nag create ng account nya.
So initially kayong mga nakabasa nito ang pioneers. It will be a race, paramihan ng friends. I hope magiging viral ang distribution phase.

Eto ang tentative steps:

1. You download the node and wallet binaries. (or you build from source if you don't have 64bit Windows, i can't support other OS initially).
2. Get an account from me. I will send you a user name and password. You also get 20K coins.
3. You upgrade your account and you change your password to generate a new set of private keys. Then you remove the keys linked to your old password.
4. You join the facebook group.
5. You get your friends to join. You create an account for them and give them their username and password. You send them 100 Tokens enough for them to change their password and remove the old keys for the old password.
6. They join the facebook group. If they get admitted to the group (to be determined by me), they will get 20K Tokens, and you will get 2K Tokens.

During the distribution phase, I will only be the one running the delegates. Meaning, ako lang ang miner. But I will burn all the mined tokens later.
During the distribution phase, the bitPHP and bitBTC becomes tradable. So meaning 3 markets. The Core Token, bitPHP, bitBTC.

After the distribution phase, the 51 delegates will be open to everyone and everyone can vote who will secure the network and the 51 delegates will start earning block rewards.
At this point also, the 51 committee members will be open to everyone also to be voted by the community.

I will distribute 95% of the tokens. The remaining 5% will be used by me for further development and also to support the market by trading and putting buy walls to make sure the core token has a floor price.

Everyone will have a chance to get more tokens as long as the will keep on bringing in their friends. I will screen them to prevent dummy facebook accounts.
Since during the distribution phase, ako lang ang sole miner, it will be easy to correct major bugs because I can halt and fix it easily. In a way, centralized sya during distribution phase. When we get to distribute 50% of the total supply, we can go out of the distribution phase and will become fully decentralized.

Ok ba sa inyo? I initially planned to make it web based but I saw mas less ang problems if you run your node in your machine. I keep having problems with bitshares in web based wallet unlike if I run my local node. So that's why I suggest na ganito setup natin. Yun lang you will really need the effort to create new accounts for your friends if you want to get more tokens. Kasama na doon is to teach them na rin like how to change the password since madadaanan nyo rin initially.

Sounds very interesting. I also admire sa plano na ididistribute mo sya ng libre but the problem is how can you be so sure dun sa fb, eh halos dun scam/ers pagdating sa crypto. How about try mo magpa-ICO. Kahit simple like. Gawin mo 1 sat per token parang NEM noong unang panahon. Para at least cgurado na di peke at walang dump kasi lowest na rin and the possibility of growing sobrang laki.

i intend the distribution is exclusive for pinoys. i will verify sa fb. but no one can stop naman later if may dayuhan gusto sumali.
but my goal is to have bitPHP, bitBTC, bitETH to be tradable in a trustless p2p manner together with the native core token (CAP).

it's purely p2p and everyone can act as a gateway. if need ko bitPHP to buy bitBTC ang gagawin ko lang is bibili ako ng bitPHP sa kung sino ang willing mag loan sa blockchain ng bitPHP using his CAP as collateral. let's say si juan may CAP and he will put it up as collateral to borrow bitPHP. now sabihin ko kay juan may 100 pesos ako sa coins.ph ibigay ko sayo then ibigay mo sa akin ang 100 bitPHP. i will now go to the capricorn dex to put an order to buy bitBTC using my bitPHP. now si pedro sees the order so pwede sya gumawa ng bitBTC by locking up his CAP and take my order. now pedro will get my bitPHP and i will have his bitBTC. now i will then ask anyone who has real bitcoins to trade with my bitBTC.

ibig sabihin i started with real peso and will end up with real bitcoins.
on the other side of the whole trade, someone with real bitcoins would want to end up with real peso.

regarding governance of the capricorn network:
we will use DPoS

meaning 51 delegates will be voted by the CAP holders to secure the network.
sila yung "miners" and they will get "mining" rewards. they will do everything to get your votes and belong to the top 51. they can even offer you portion of their earnings to those who voted them. parang ark or lisk. actually same as bitshares or steem.

meron din 51 committee members to govern the parameters of the blockchain without hard fork.
voted din ang 51 committee members by the CAP holders.

anyone can propose to change the block times, block rewards, etc and the 51 committee members will vote to approve/disapprove proposal.

i would not say pang tapat sa coins.ph. more like to complement. gagawin pa lang so wala pang wallet.
any asset can be traded kasi ang principle is contract-for-difference.
for example gusto mo magkaroon ng 10ETH so hihiram ka ang 10ETH sa blockchain pero yung tokens mo ilalagay mo as collateral. for example ang value ng token mo is 30ETH, so naka lock ang 30ETH worth mo and the blockchain will create 10ETH in your name. hindi mo magagalaw ang 30ETH collateral mo (hindi to ETH, yung core token na worth 30ETH). so now you have 10ETH in your account and may 30ETH in value ka na nakalock as collateral.

you can do what you want with your 10ETH like pwede mo ibenta, pwede mo ibigay, pwede mo rin ibili ng other tokens.
later pwede mo kunin yung 30ETH collateral mo basta may 10ETH ka to destroy as payment sa previous loan mo.

all these is implemented by the blockchain.

balik tayo sa umpisa para mas clear. ang gagawin ko i will call it Capricorn. ang native token nya is CAP. I'm a capricorn kay ito ang name na naisip ko.

let's say 800M CAP ang tokens and naka distribute sa iba't iban pinoy.
ngayon let's say may 10K CAP ka. tapos gusto mo bumili ng 1K ETH for 10K CAP (10 CAP/ETH). now sa market ikaw yung highest bidder. that means 10 CAP ang value ng ETH.

at this point, because ikaw ang highest bidder ng ETH at 10 CAP/ETH, ibig sabihin ang value ng CAP is 0.1 ETH.

now meron akong 20K CAP so ibig sabihin ang value nito based on the higest bid is 2000 ETH.
now I will use my 20K CAP (worth 2000 ETH) to borrow for example 100 ETH.

at this point i lockup ng blockchain ang 20K CAP ko, tapos gagawa sya ng 100ETH for me.

i can now use my 100ETH to sell it to the highest bidder.

ang ETH na gagawin ng blockchain na ipapahiram sa akin is a market-pegged-asset or a collateralized asset. walang totoong ETH na nag exist, instead a contract-for-difference.  it is an asset that is pegged to the real value of ETH but it is backed up by CAP as collateral many times over in value.

so in Capricorn network, we can create ETH, BTC, PHP, USD, or any market pegged assets all collateralized or secured by the underlying CAP as collateral. since CAP will always have value, it can always back up any asset as long as may enough leeway for the price fluctuations.

now the p2p part, eventually everyone of us will own CAP, ETH, BTC, PHP, USD, etc. if juan gives pedro X amount of ETH, pedro knows that juan does not have to honor the ETH because the whole network makes sures that the ETH pedro holds is backed up by CAP with a lot more value. so kahit sino ngayon will trust the assets that will be created.

we can still use coins.ph to transfer PHP to real peso and BTC for real bitcoins.
that's why it is complementary to centralized exchanges.

but when we meet in a mall, we can do the trade. you give me 100 PHP and i will give you 100 real peso because i trust the PHP you gave is backed up by the whole capricorn network in a decentralized way.
