Hello, sorry for waking an old thread. It come to my awareness that this case and the casino are currently not on my list yet. I guess I must have someow missed it. Apology for that.

I did a quick re-reading the whole case and get myself re-acquainted. I think it's safe to assume that for this case, there is no scam happened since the bet was returned. And thus, I am marking this as resolved on my list.

OP, if you feel that this status is unjustified, you're more than welcome to argue, accompanied with valid reason, and I am more than happy to reconsider the situation from your angle.
lol what? they returned my deposit after a lot of bickering. They never paid me on my winnings.
Doubt that would have been the case had I lost!

STAY AWAY FROM THESE CRIMINALS!

I understand. I'll reopen this case by marking it as "in progress" under the basis that we're waiting for their representative to explain further about the circumstances around your case [I can't mark it as active, as their representative already attended the thread, though only once and never returned].

Something worth mentioning though, I don't think it'll be resolved, there is another case open for them, and they're not attended by their representative.

Yes I've already bet there, I've even won and been able to withdraw my winnings, so I can confirm it works like what you said but I've also seen bad testimonies on internet of people complaining they were not able to withdraw their funds, so I don't know what to think and I prefer to stay cautious. OP has been able to withdraw his deposit, it's better than nothing, but if it's true that "they let [him] withdraw after a lot of hassle" it's not acceptable from a decentralized sportsbook and it shouldn't be encouraged by talking about KYC. Thank you to dedicate time to the cases of this section btw.

Hmm... at this point, it will feel like I am trying to antagonize you, but I can assure you that I have no hidden agenda here other than to straigthen facts, so... to be fair, the impression I get from OP's own screenshot and dexsports.io's statement [both were presented below for easier access of the context] was that the fund being returned instantly, and that the claim of "a lot of hassle" came from OP himself without supporting evidence. The only image he provide as evidence is a chat with their support team that literally snipped to the part where they refunded his bet, there were no part of the chat where OP has to pursue their support to withdraw, or any effort done that made him managed to get his fund back.

[...] Unfortunately, our fraud prevention system detected violation of there T&C from your side that's why your bets were automatically refunded, i.e. you received your funds back in a whole amount. [...]

IF we peek into their ANN thread, though, there's a recent claim of withdrawal being blocked [quoted below], and regardless it came from a newbie whose first and only post is about the complain, it might still be wise to be very cautious when betting on this platform for the time being.

Website works great but unfortunately this is not a trustworthy website. Voided all of my sports bets for "honest betting methods" (absolutely untrue) and now I am unable to withdraw. Avoid.

Focusing back to OP and this case, as previously mentioned, OP had a case with other platform for an almost similar situation, violating a TnC of sportsbook that's yet to be straigthened out by OP. So, while the platform itself, dexsport.io, should be taken with caution, IMO, until OP can give explanation of that case and this statement [hopefully with evidence] of hassle, his statement also need to be taken with grains of salt.

You have posted an image where it is mentioned that you have multi accounts. Multi-account cant be considered the maximum of the platform. If you really have multi accounts then they are not scammers. And if you don't have a multi-account then you should prof that you don't have a multi-account. You should provide KYC documents and others for that.
LOL bro, it's supposed to be a decentralized "web3 betting" platform, if you need to send KYC documents to get your winnings or to withdraw back your deposit what is it? Moreover, in the real world, I mean not the crypto virtual world, it's the one accusing someone of wrongdoing who has to prove it, not the accused who has to prove their innocence. It's a little bit sad to see crypto users encouraging this kind of dishonest practices in the scam accusation section. Real decentralized betting platforms don't work like that, they offer you to connect your wallet to place your bets and to get your winnings from a smart contract, not to deposit your funds into an account owned and managed by the platform, there is no possible accusation of infamous "multi-accounting" there since there is no account.

I generally agree with the point about KYC, the point of web3 gambling [or the decentralized gambling] is the enhanced anonimity and less control from specific individuals, thus the suggestion to provide KYC is somewhat... counterproductive. But it's worth stating that dexsport didn't ask this.

Moving up, I beg to differ for the part, "crypto users encouraging this kind of dishonest practices in the scam accusation section". Most of the users overseeing scam accusations section and accustomed to the scam accusation resolution will give every side chances to defend themselves by asking both parties for evidences. We even go to a length to notify and invite the involved parties to attend to the case and give their side of the story.

And last, it is true that decentralized betting platform usually just need the users to connect their wallet, no "registration" or username needed, but some still asked for the user to create a "profile", and apparently dexsport is one of them,

3. PROFILE

3.1. Creation
3.1.1. To participate in sports betting and online games using virtual currency or any other potential product on the Platform, the User must create a Profile.
3.1.2. Upon creating the Profile, the User must connect their own virtual currency Wallet to the Platform using one of the available Partner integrations.

3.2. Confirmation of Actions within the Platform
3.2.1. The User's activities performed within the Platform, including any Deposits, placement of a bet, playing games, instructions, and communications – shall be conducted by the User, who is connected own virtual currency Wallet and shall be binding upon such User.

And even though the profile creation is basically like what you said, connecting our wallet through metamask, walletconnect, and the likes, it seems the deposit and the winning are not directly tied to the wallet as it seems need to be manually withdrawn; at least that's what I can conclude by creating a new wallet just to get better understanding of this platform, as I don't go as far as depositing, betting, and withdrawing.

While for how they detect multi-acc abuse with what supposed to be pseudo-anonymous setup, it's an entirely different topic

I have never used them before and never will I use them again. I will however, do my best to inform all forums, TrustPilot, Reddit, gambling and Discord servers that Dexsport is run by the worst of the worst SCAMMERS.
There are countless reviews about them and they are all negative (if you can read through the fake positive reviews in TrustPilot)
I am going to get their "brand" removed from TrustPilot so they stop scamming more unlucky gamblers who will fall for their shiny website.
You are not even doing anything right here at all, like making a proper post with proof on how the casino scammed you. Who is going to back you up and build a proper case when there is no evidence? Just making noise and wasting time. Good luck.

OP wasn't online for nearly half a month after being inquired on the other thread about the same counter-accusation, a violation against TnC. On the other thread though, the sportsbook provider is the one who flagged him. Unless OP come back and provide more evidences here, I think I am starting to considering to take OP's statement with grains of salt.

I have only used Dexsport.io ONCE and they are lying thieves. You probably work for them or something. There are A LOT of bad reviews about them online which I missed to read before using them this week.
Their wallets are EMPTY and have no activity either.
The image you have posted on the OP it is clearly mentioned on the image where the representative of the site clearly mentioned that you have multi-account. And I don't think or see that any legit site can allow multi-account. If you don't have multi account then you should reply their message and proof that you don't have a multi account on their site.

Just do whatever it takes to get your money back. First,  if you see your deposited amount, try and withdraw that one out first in order not to completely be on the losing side, as the Casino has quoted above that they will refund your deposit. If they do, just withdraw it, and then you can continue pressing your charges.

And for TrustPilot, I will not even entirely depend on the information that comes from there, as many companies now run a TrustPilot review campaign where they require their promoters to go and drop a positive review about them there, which is why there are very few projects that you can see with less positive feedback unless those who have actually scammed people decided to go and drop a few negative reviews, which I doubt can make any difference.

Dear user, we kindly regret that you faced issues using Dexsport. The protocol was established with one aim - to make betting more transparent for people and increase entertainment options for web3 audience. Hence the protocol is decentralized thanks to blockchain technology, it is also have T&C which you accepted by signing the unique signature when connecting your wallet. Unfortunately, our fraud prevention system detected violation of there T&C from your side that's why your bets were automatically refunded, i.e. you received your funds back in a whole amount. At Dexsport people play against shared pool of liquidity, provided by themselves. Fradulent actions causes damage for all our users. Dexsport is the protocol which cares about its users and will continue to prevent fraud accordingly. Thank you.

You detected that the user was a victim of multi-accounting, which is against your ToS. Technologies are technologies, and sometimes there might be an error (I'm not saying your system is not working correctly), but it could have been nicer if the Casino gave the user a chance to prove himself innocent of the allegation by whatever means of verification could be used. Instead of drawing judgment from your end, you decided to return the players deposit or wage amount.

This is the absolute first time (and last) I ever used Dexsport. The crooks closed my account after the bets placed won and only after threats, did they pay MY DEPOSIT ONLY. They didn't send my profit.
They accuse me of multiaccounting (LOL). Just a baseless accusation in order not to pay out.

First of all, I'll post the BBcode version of the [currently] only image you provide so anyone can see things easier

with that made visible, I'd urge you to edit the opening post with the format and more evidences than what the image above provide us, as logfiles suggested. This board runs on evidences, it'll be very much appreciated and helpful if you can give proper materials to back up your claim for the DTs to tag them [you do aware that you can tag them yourself too, right?] if they're proven to be the wrong side here, because the current evidences you gave is... very limited and didn't give us enough insight.

I will also urge you to inform them [preferably after you edited this thread with proper format] about this thread. Your post on their ANN did not direct them to this accusation thread and they probably didn't know where to address your issue. I can do that for you if you want to [though I don't see why], but I'd prefer to do it after you made this thread "complete".

And lastly, no, I am somewhat sure that shasan is not working for them.

But you have not made a proper scam accusation, Please do what’s necessary and fill in the required information documenting how they are scammers with some evidence, show us your TX ID for deposit, screenshots of bets etc

You should also provide the ANN and profile of the service in the scam accusation for easy follow up and tagging by DT members if found guilty. Follow this format https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/scam-report-format-use-it-to-make-scam-reports-properly-260073

just curious, when they said you were multi-accounting did they restrict your account? I mean, not being able to bet or withdraw or being able to access the account at all? because from what I have seen here in the forum people who are accused of multi-account get their account restricted of some kind, it would be weird if they only voided your bet as a punishment for multi-accounting. By the way, their forum representative just went online earlier but didn't address anything.
It was my first time ever betting them, my bet won and they said I was multiaccounting LOL
Initially they didnt want to send my deposit either but after my insistence, they let me withdraw after a lot of hassle.
Their wallets are emtpy, they are just a bunch of crooks.

On bitcointalk, there's no guarantee on anything you have as deal with other members if you don't trust them then avoid making any transactions with them, you're independent on the forum but if you risk making yourself dependent then at your own risk because the forum is not liable for any risk you took or with whom you had it with

They have setup such a nice website with only 1 purpose: To scam like 1xbet does. If you win, don't you ever think you will get paid. They even steal your deposited money.

I trust this community, once there's enough convincing evidence they will definitely do the proper thing by tagging them, maybe there's more to discover about them on this before necessary actions are taken against them.

If you read through the Ann thread of the site being accused you’ll noticed that the first reply that was made there was an accusation against them, so also was the next followed by some observation of forum members, but admist all of that the representative never came to the forum or the thread to address anything that was said about them, so that should have given everyone that wants to use Bitcointalk as a research site to choose which gambling site they should use a clue on what “Dexsport.io” really is.

And I see that you have made a reply on their thread already but it’s good to know that the probability of them replying to your post there is close to zero, because if they can ignore all that has been laid against them until now they can still ignore your accusation cause that’s what scammers do.

I think they deserve some negative tags to warn others about the risks of using their service.
