The code works properly on that site, so my guess is that there's something in the code which causes it to run differently on different php versions or platforms. I recommend you add a link to that site to the provably fair page.

Obviously, but the point is, it gives the wrong number for the previous roll it's supposed to prove. That isn't 'working great'.
