Looks great. But I haven't seen any reviews on your site yet. Do you know where to look?

The issue I find with all these review sites is that they are nothing more than harvesting google organic traffic by posting a link on this forum and to just get affiliates to join and they can profit off that way.

Right now I can't really see the scores because it says "Currently reviewing scores" but from the comments I am assuming that the scoring wasn't really fair AND they did this primarily because most people already got accounts at Primedice, Stake, Bitsler and so they aren't going to make another account. If they promote the smaller sites they have a chance at getting a referral and making some profit.

No, Primedice's support is better than BitGame's.
However, Customer Service experience we had at BitGame's is superior. Like asking for a personal bonus, offer or conditions like special rakeback. Maybe because BitGame is a lot smaller site, it's more flexible.

Okay, thanks for the response. Why not note these things in your review? There's no harm in justifying your ratings in your review so that readers can make an educated pick based on what they value.

You are correct. We needed to add it. We were afraid reviews to not become too overwhelming.

I will start a procedure of rewriting all reviews with a more clear approach on how our ratings are made and will introduce a Community score beside our own score.

@tomal1003

We are testing Wolfbet now and will add it very soon.

Thank you. We will introduce Community score very soon and seems some sites will undergo score corrections.

This feature is actually nice. At least get the pulse of the community.
You can still have your rating. Your site's rating and the community score.
But using the tab Expert Score, do you think is it really appropriate to use the term "Expert"?
Or maybe just use Dice.Deal's Score? But anyway, it's your site, your choice.

Note taken. From now on it's called Our Score.

Also, taking into consideration responses so far, we decided to remove all current ratings and re-write all reviews in a more detailed manner, justifying our ratings and include all community ratings. We will make another topic on the subject. Until then sites are showing in random order.

Dump it!!!
From those dice gaming site I only tried one site which is stake.com. And it is not a good experienced because I experieced huge loss,imagine for almost ten rounds I got nothing I really don't know how badluck I am that time or there is something wrong on that site. We need to check first every site that we want to try and visit.

The website you mentioned is quite reputable and many users on here can tell you that they're legit. It therefore seems that its your games, you're just unlucky as most of gambling relies on luck more than anything. So, it seems that you was on a real start to how gambling really works - I hope you can recover some of your losses maybe on this casino since it has a faucet which means you can test dice without incurring any loss.

Then what do you think it should be? The right scoring? With some arguments, if possible.
I literally mentioned the correct score and valid arguments in my previous post which is why I fail to understand why you are asking such silly questions(90/100 and laggy interface). Re-read my previous posts.

No gambling site in the crypto market could score a 99/100 currently due to various issues. You need to recheck your ratings since many including me clearly don't agree with them.

Wixiplay currently have one of the best dice promotions ever - 25% cashback! They deserve even a higher ranking but will wait for some more feedback.

Primedice 'bigger brother' Stake is currently 1st.

Then you should add wolf.bet because wolf is giving 30% cashback, it deserve even a higher ranking Smiley

I'm not saying support speed is the only factor, but based on my interpretation (and any reasonable person's interpretation), the BitGame support review overall has a larger negative connotation, while the PrimeDice one is very positive.

I'll ask directly: why do you consider BitGame's support to be better than PrimeDice's?

= snipped text=

Clearly there is a reason you're favouring BitGame as those ratings make zero sense otherwise. How much did BitGame pay you for the positive review?

@DarkStar_

As I already wrote, Customer Service score is not just the support speed.

I will have to disappoint you - BitGame didn't pay us a single satoshi.

To make it more clear - NONE of the listed sites didn't paid us ANYTHING for any of the reviews. We just decide to make
Dice.Deals, so we sad down, played on every site and wrote what we think of.
If any of the owners is a friend of you, you can check my words. We still didn't contact any of the sites on behalf of Dice.Deals.

@Haunebu

@Oilacris

Primedice's bigger Brother - Stake is 1st. Primedice is behind because it had only 5 currencies and a single game. Both Wixiplay and Trustdice offers better games and better value in promotions.

Bitdice,Primedice & Bitsler is way lower than Yolodice,wixiplay,bitgame,trustdice,duckdice and bc.game?  Grin

For us, Stake offers 24/7 LIVE support and many games without the need to move your coins! E.g. saving you withdraw fees, time and more. As I said - Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.
These are pros, but they do not warrant a 99/100 rating in any manner whatsoever. The biggest problem that I experienced with Stake is their laggy interface and many would agree with me which is why something like 90/100 would be better in this case.

i just wondering why you put wager competition just a few websites while stake and primedice has this feature too,
there is a daily 1k races and 5k at the weekend on the stake and primedice.
So i think their points should be increased on that sector
Stake literally has a 99/100 rating which itself is wrong(According to me). Do you expect them to increase it to 100/100?

Customer Service is not just support answering speed. It's how often you need to contact support, do they really solve your problem or needed to escalate it. In 90% of cases, we didn't have any issues and was bombing the support with common questions to see how fast they are. Indeed, BitDice responded very fast. But with BitDice one of use had uncredited deposit after many confirmations and this took BitDice sometime to resolve it.

We are open to every feedback, especially from a well-respected member like you. Rating will change over time, based on community feedback.

Then explain this in your review. Did something odd happen on every other site that you gave < 98 rating to for customer support, but praised their fast responses or stated that "The support system is great" (Bitvest review, gave 88). How about "The customer support for Primedice is excellent because it’s available 24/7 and they also have a live support chat with really friendly staff." (Primedice review, gave 97).

I'm still not buying that in your own words, a slow support is worth 98% while a great support system is only worth 88%. I'm not buying that a excellent customer support available 24/7 with friendly staff is 1% worse than a site with slow support.

Clearly there is a reason you're favouring BitGame as those ratings make zero sense otherwise. How much did BitGame pay you for the positive review?

Op, I am surprised that as a dice-reviewing website you have not reviewed one of the most popular dice websites: Primedice. You should definitely review it. Moreover, here's a link you may find useful, it contains a list of various casinos and trust of their owners/managers on Bitcointalk.
How many 'experts' participated on rating those sites?
I hope you will be fair in your review even if you are receiving certain amount of compensation from those sites.

This sounds like a conflict of interest to me. Dice.Deals have to be unbiased, but it's getting unequal pay from websites it reviews, and since it's naturally interested in more pay, it is inclined to favor websites that offer a higher affiliate commission more, thus not being unbiased. But then again, I think it's a common practice for review websites to get money from referral links, so maybe it's not that bad and they can indeed keep being objective about it.

@ronaldo40

We will try to fix this. There is limited space on content boxes and we need to choose what to show. It's as with supported coins where we are showing up to 8 and all the rest on reviews.

@nakamura12, @Zicadis

We need to have some ground, some base score and I find it normal to be what we experienced with the sites.

Now, scores will be updated with the community feedback.

Lol.. you added wixiplay at 7th but casinoroyale and primedice is more fair and popular than that site. How did you give these scores ? on which basis ?
I think they give their scores base on their own experience since they stated that they tested each site on the op if i'm not wrong about it. I also think that they didn't gather much information about the site's reputation. It would be good if they did gather such info fir other people to know and avoid such problems when using the site.

Unfortunately, it is true. It seem that these types of things are heavily influenced by personal opinion and tests which in my opinion this cannot be entirely accurate as at the end of the day its only persons' view  Cheesy
