That kind of situation is very suspicious because the first rule is that the winnings is as it is and then cryptocry won and withdraw the winnings then later on the minimum winning is change and cryptocry's balance is gone so if it is not gone then I cannot say that it is suspicious and cryptocry can't withdraw unless the winning is above the said amount. Cryptocry should also provide images to make it clear to prove the accusation.

It's a shame that the casino turned out to be a scam apparently... Such casinos make it hard for others. If you don't see a license in a casino don't dare to Stop there for a single moment.
Moreover ask them about their bankroll and if possible a signed message from the cold storage wallet that is holding the funds.
IMO it's better to avoid new sites at first untill and Unless they do some serious sort of advertising and promotions.

You can know the legitimacy of the casino or sports maker through their licenses if you're playing with a casino like this they can easily run with your money and you can't do anything about it since you didn't know their licenses and you cannot sue them, well those offers are just to attract users.

Dicedice started the project in a very bad way by changing rules on free bonus. It does not look good at all because there is a high chance that they will change rules anytime they wish for their own good. I'm not recommending anyone to play in this site unless you are ready for the risk. There are many other better sites to play, no good reasons to play on this site.
