I was playing as they were my own funds (they were as per my winnings) because I have crossed the rollover. You have simply reset my balance not instantly after i reached 10000 but you let me play with remaining 550 or something and when I converted them to 6000 you reset all my balance.
This is not about that you have processed my cash out (which must be done as per your promotional rules) this is about you can not reset my balance simply as per your wish.
That is not fair.

NOTE: There was no mention of bonus being reset in your OP. So please send my leftover winnings to the same address I have used to cash out, otherwise I will be opening a scam accusation against you.
