The amount entered means, for example:
For hot wallet is already 5 BTC, so the script will pay the amount to the cold wallet taking into account the amount of money to be on the hot wallet.
5 BTC(all amount) - 0.5 BTC (hot wallet, coins to stay) = payout on cold wallet 4.5 BTC.

The cold wallet address is given in the configuration file.
