"Fee" should be more appropriate word to change "tax" IMO, as what mentioned by other you should implement provably fair system. Otherwise people will doubt about the results, people may think that they get cheated on everybet.

(not saying that there are any or the site is doing that) there is no way for you to verify the roll outcome,there is no way to check your opponent is

Then that means it's a problem to have only one player there. That means you don't have anybody to play with. Also that would mean the "1534" members was a lie or just created by the admins to get people to play into the casinos. So I guess be careful with their site as this could have potential problems.

It might be true that they have more than 1500 registered players, but the main problem is how many of them are real players? It is just a part of advertising strategy to attract new players but it is a failed advertisement IMO.
This strategy was used by old owner but did not give any effects for the site and now the new owner use the same advertising strategy? This makes me doubt that this OP is new owner. Proove me wrong!

The idea seems to be great with the pvp betting and gambling on random but the execution seems to be not working. The coder who did this or the business guy who requested the coder to do this has obviously forgotten some stuff.

I hope it will add the features that we like so we can give it a try but provably fair is something we all look for before we gamble.
