A website with a .cc extension is hard to take seriously and you can't even see the who;e site without registering. lol It's a free website afaik. Expect this to be a scam.
I doubt someone will register for it when there are hundreds to thousands of options around. If you want to play dice, every casino we have here in the forum has it also. And almost all coins and tokens today have a casino dedicated to the token itself.
i don't think there are serious players coming from the forum. because if you have no idea about their terms, are you going to create an account blindly? the regular route before signing up is they will ask if you agree to their terms. but here, it says their rules, not their terms and conditions. so don't know if they are running legit here.
though the domain with uncommon extension is not the sole factor in determining if the site is scam or not. but why it is indeed not available to view the details of its registration? so that's really quite questionable for one.
I'm very shocked by your casino, how is it possible that you create a casino that doesn't have a TOS and FAQ and then ask people to create an account at your casino first so they can see the TOS, this is a huge absurdity and at least I see that your casino only has English and Russian, I assume that you are a Russian citizen who created this casino, I don't know what your intention was when you created this casino, but in my opinion if you want this business to be a very serious business , then you will need to take it much more seriously and when I talk about taking it much more seriously I mean starting by making your website a better presentable website, putting up the TOS and the FAQ
You will also create a better presentable ANN Thread so that with just one look at it, anyone can understand a lot. This is just advice, if you want to move forward with this form of presentation and your casino in this form, then I wish you good luck, I prefer to first read the tos and faq although I don't have the habit of reading everything that is in us casinos, I still prefer to read the most important parts before creating an account. The way your casino is, you can't see what kind of games it has. It will be difficult to attract many customers this way.
i can understand if they have no FAQ yet, but terms, it means, they are not ready for this business. even small casino have their short terms and conditions in place. now that the OP have seen some of the comments/suggestions here, let us see if they will somehow listen to valuable inputs and improve their site.
