I've been rejected several times in my life. Telling to the one like/love that you have a feelings to them is quite suicidal. You thought she/he has also a feelings to you but dont have! Is in It frustrating? In the end you will get used to it. Safe If you just not to tell to him/her about how you feel unless you are sure that he/she likes you.
With me it was never like that. I rarely show their feelings. I even sometimes think that I can not love anyone.

I really do not understand how a crush can end up into rejection because its not a must that you need to approach her...but rejection isn't the end of the world as ONE DOOR CLOSES A NEW ONE OPENS 
I my own case, I never even have the morale to walk to her...

we've all been there but learn it. you don't just go and tell her about how you feel. you need to first learn who she got a crush on.
you then ask her whether she can go with you in a toilet before telling her your feelings lol kinda like "hey if you are not busy can you come with me? its like knowing whether she has time to share with you. if you got "no" then find someone else.
