having a self discipline will help you about your addiction on gambling. on my case i haven't lose time from
work or school over gambling or bitcointalk having a schedule about your day will also help you to manage your
time wisely it may sound lame but it is effective specially for someone who has a strict time schedule.

For now I decided to stop playing online roulette because next month is my upcoming birthday. And maybe I'll resume playing gambling after my birthday, Thanks for all suggestions & sorry for I can't leave gamble even if it causes lose time for work.

That is a really nice thing that you could stop yourself from gambling by thinking about your family that they are being affected by this, but there are a lot of people that are addicted of gambling and that addict never lets them get away from gambling and they just ruin their lives through this.

Not really because before, when i was addicted in gambling, i gamble after work its my hobby actually everytime im going home. not my work but my family was the one who got affected by my actions. good thing i managed to control myself so i rarely play now.

For me no couse I don't have work right now and I'm not studying so even I use all my day in this forum nothing will change in my schedules and good thing is stop gambling so I'm not the who still addictive to gambling.

Same here, still in college so have quite a lot of spare time to be spent on bitcointalk.org, and earns quite a good amount because most of my friends and colleagues are not earning anything yet so that makes a good impression when i talk about it to them.

I'd hope that if either of these two is an issue for anyone, and I mean a serious serious issue where it's affecting their life, they'd go and get some professional help, as if it gets too far it can ruin lives and destroy families.

Me personally, I don't really gamble, and bitcointalk hasn't taken up too much of my time, and I'm fairly sure a lot of people won't have an issue with an internet forum taking up too much of their time, to the point where it becomes a serious problem.

Well, my work is not affected by visiting bitcointalk.org because it's only took 5-15 minutes everytime i visited bitcointalk.org. But it's a bit affect my work when i do gambling.

I use computer on the time i should be going to work, my work is 5 minutes walking from home, i usually spend 10 minutes at morning to get all new informations around bitcoin, but to gamble i had once at penny auction website i were dreaming with a new computer.

Firstly, you should make your family happy, if you are disturb from gambling, so avoid the bad habits, it is a addictive game and also wasting money, so i don't say that gambling is bad, it is good and also it is entertainment thing, but play it and don't be addict and don't waste money. And during my school life, actually in my country, gambling is illegal thing for under 18, so i avoid it.

No matter how hard I hate my daily job I never quit it or take permission to go gambling. Beside that I work in a company where every single movement of every single person is strictly monitored, a company I wish nobody has the same fate as me working for them. If you're having problems doing that, you need to ask yourself if it's a good idea to gamble in the first place, since that kind of behaviour is indicative of addiction.

I am no really wasting my time, my gambling activities are quite compressed. I don't sit in front of my PC and watch how Dice Bot roll for 4 hours.
It is only gambling, if you don't have luck on your side you will lose anyway, stop planning or researching new ways of throwing dice.

I've never missed work because of gambling nor has my work been affected by my gambling. I once had to drive two and a half hours through a snow blizzard once from Atlantic City after a day and night of playing poker and arrived home just in time to make it to work. It was a nightmare - both driving back through the snowstorm and working on no sleep. I was tired AF, but I took care of all my work responsibilities fine enough. Though I can say I don't ever want to relive that experience again.

Gambling does require quite a long time depending on the type you play. You need to prioritize work time and play in spare time. The best way to not be addicted are don’t continue to do so or find friends/ family to remind you, so you can focus on work and your home life.
