I did for 3 years, I keep on hoping that I will win big someday/one time. I lost last week and thanks to that lost. Now I realize all my mistake and forget about that hope in gambling. Before, I thought it was hard to stop but when you realize it all, it wasn't that hard, actually it was simple. Now, my mind is gambling free. I don't have any intention in going back to that habit anymore.

Yes I did mistake today at 1xbet with wrong bet because today there is a cricket match between India vs new Zealand, I have to bet on Indian team but unfortunately I betted on new Zealand, I lost more than 150 usd with this mistake.

Some are regretting after they lost that they will stop gambling because this is a mistake but some are going back to gamble because they considered their mistakes should be corrected as charge to their experiences, that they will now become more better today than yesterday and that is the reason why it looks like that they never learned because in stead of stopping they will now think that they are now become more experienced gambler.
People who think that in gambling they can make money from their experience mostly want an easy money and do not want to work hard for it to earn. I bet you lost all the money that you borrowed to your friends, that is why you don't want to borrow again worrying that you can't pay them back because you don't have the money, but at least you have learned something from it, and what you did is the best for yourself. Although everyone already know about their mistake that they usually done in gambling, but still they find it hard to over them, because they always try to make more money in short time, but for every time they do not succeeded and they just waste the time. I always set limitation for it will be my signal on when to stop since thru this I am also avoiding addiction from it. Good for you though it would'vr been better if it didn't take you that long ti have that realization. But alls well that ends well and that's how most of us learn our lessons. Hopefully though, when you come face to face with gambling again, you'll have a strong hold already of your emotions
