It is very interesting to see the effects of ETH and XMR gpu mining due to the current bitmaintech monopoly of the R4 and S-9.
Seems to me people are mining ETH and XMR at much lower power cost and converting to BTC thus doing a few things:
1) boosting the demand for BTC
2) raising the price of BTC
3) keep the mining difficulty of BTC a little better then one hoped for.
Could be this trend helps me three ways
one) I mine all three coins price stays higher on all three.
two) Difficulty stays a little lower for all three coins since resources of mining get divided.
three) Gear prices stay higher and since I have s-9's and gpu pc's it helps
I would love slow upwards drift in price for all three coins from now till april.

Wow this is a tough adjustment looking at the swings of hash up and down. Still seems like some large farms doing gear upgrades, although I expect that soon we'll see a bump from Avalon's new gear hitting the streets (if we're not already seeing that blip as they test things). Looks to be an almost level adjustment period, however. I wonder if we'll ever see the difficulty drop significantly?
