Rich buys when something is with good price low price poor buys just to spend money.

I don't think you have a good thing to say for opening this thread, all your points are awkward.

Do not forget that the rich and poor, and even the middle class are human beings and human beings have different personalities and behaviours regardless of their class. It's time we stop giving every credit to the rich as if they are superbeings, the poor/middle class are not dumb too, only that some factors favour the rich which helps them to be rich.

Taking about expensive and frivolous lifestyles, it's the rich that have it, they do not care about the price of things because they are rich, they just buy. But most poor people will think it twice.

Poor buying when things expensive they are expert buying top in everything and FOMO in also the middle class are expert on buying highest prices and not just buying they buy it with credit.
Rich buys when something is with good price low price poor buys just to spend money.
Middle class behave like poor too they buying expensive.

Most rich people who buy things at good prices are based on their own needs because sometimes rich people need something to support their own work in a particular business field. But for poor people or middle class people who only buy things to show off to others and not based on the need to support their own business, of course that is a very wrong action.

However, if you see poor people and middle class people who buy luxury goods for business purposes, you should consider it a very wise action because it is not to show off to others even though they can also enjoy it as the best in their own lives. So your assessment of what other people buy must also be very specific because every expensive and luxurious item is not just for display, but also to be sold to people who can afford to buy it based on their own needs.

I think that it is somehow true, most people stay poor due to the way they spend their money, they focus on brand style, or fashionable things just to be in trend, while rich focus on how to earn or increase their income or net worths.

i can see that but also we have to know it is not this simple obviously the rich have more money and anything they buy will just be considered low they are not afraid of risks nor easily excited about the possibility of benefits because they are already rich

middle class people buys or spends the way they think the rich does because the middle class thinks they belong in that economic class and does not classify themselves belonging with the poor but the truth is they can't spend the way the rich people do because they do not have enough money as the rich ones

This is confusing and I don't understand how poor people buy expensive things and what category of expensive things do you mean? Simple logic how can poor people buy expensive things when it is difficult to meet basic needs and what I see is that poor people buy things generally using the wrong method. But maybe what distinguishes poor people from rich people is the mindset because poor people's habits of buying things are not for important needs but for style, such as needs that are not included in the category they need. While rich people buy things based on need and even though they buy for reasons of not needing it may not have a big impact on their finances.

Rich people buy assets, while poor people buy liabilities and rich people buy functions while poor people buy because of prestige. Actually, this can also be said as a rich mentality and a poor mentality, and it's all about the difference in mindset, actions, and habits between the mindset of poor people and rich people.
There are some rich people who are actually acting poor based on their mentality concerning money and how they've chosen to spend it, while there are some poor people who are actually acting rich based on their mentality to invest and how they are actually keeping money. Sometimes I feel some people are fortunate enough to even be rich or wealthy without possessing the mindset of the rich, while there are people who are unfortunate to have the mindset of the rich but are still poor. Irony of life.

high value people who do not show off their value by not living rich, lavish, glamour lives of shiny objects are more of the wealthy crowd not the rich crowd
poor people living beyond their means to show off a lavish life of shiny objects to appear rich, are not the people in poverty

I understand what you mean even though many people here ask for data on what you have conveyed. For me, data is not needed, because in my place there are many cases like what you conveyed and maybe this also often happens in any part of the world. Poor people want to look rich and rich people want to look simple because they know the difference between wants and needs. Rich people buy assets, while poor people buy liabilities and rich people buy functions while poor people buy because of prestige. Actually, this can also be said as a rich mentality and a poor mentality, and it's all about the difference in mindset, actions, and habits between the mindset of poor people and rich people.

The poor mentality is that if they have money, they want to spend their money quickly without thinking long, what is bought is what is needed and what is not needed. However, those with a rich mentality will buy what is needed and the rest is invested because the investment will multiply and can create financial freedom in the future.

both poor and rich mindset is to want to display bling/glamour.. both prefer to use credit/debt
vs
those in poverty/wealth prefer to find most economic/savvi ways to obtain needs, they prefer to use cash/assets, live within means and avoid credit/debt

there is a difference between poor vs poverty
there is a difference between rich vs wealthy

Everything in our society has two classes.  There are 2 categories of poor people who live their daily lives in a very calculating way and there is a class of poor people who try to show off with various things to make themselves look great.  But most of the middle class always tries to tread cautiously.  But in case of rich, one class starts to think themselves very special and become arrogant and always waste money.  Another type of rich person behaves like a poor person and tries to acquire more wealth by spending less all the time

There are also those who are born rich but have a soul like poor people and want to feel how to live simply even though it sounds impossible if we pay attention. The perceptions will come differently in responding to your post, but I tried to share another items, not buying and selling . Poor people are also smart like rich people, if they are poor, sometimes it is very easy to share if there is excess sustenance for others, but rich people are more calculating, just like what you said above in terms of buying models, always bargaining so that they find the lowest price. That's one of the differences.

Having born with a wealthy inheritance has its advantages but the next steps are important.
Despite being rich, those who were born with a wealthy inheritance are likely to display a mindset similar to the poor ones, because they don't value the challenging process which had to be taken until reaching the current patrimony of the family. And that is why many heirs fail managing the fortune of the family, consequently losing it on the sequence. So the next generations have to rebuild from scratch once again.

Therefore, riches and poors sometimes have similar mindsets. The differences are more related to the background stories of each individuals, instead of labelling them as poors x riches, as the first group meant failure and the second success. In fact, there are poors who might be achieving more prosperity than some riches, who might be in financial decline along the years and decades.

One can clearly see the behavioral difference. Poor or middle-class people often spend money on impulse to feel better or fill a hole. Then credit gets them stuck. This does not mean the people lack intelligence; often, stress, social comparison, and a need for immediate validation drive this. The irony is great; spending large amounts to seem "well-off" might leave one more struggling with money

Rich behavior focuses on timing and value. Every purchase has reason, and there is peace and patience that others lack. Recognizing that long-term stability trumps short-term excitement is the goal. Emotions still matter; they are simply better used. No one likes to be left behind, so empathize for people who feel forced to follow trends. But fighting FOMO is part of building wealth

The problem here is cThat "buying power" is the same thing as "power." People burn through credit, believing it to be real money, then find out why their worry increases. It's about noticing how emotional triggers affect our financial decisions, not criticizing the poor or glorifying the rich. You don't need a credit card to bridge that gap with values like self-awareness, patience, and caution

Tell me, what social class do you belong to, are you rich or poor and which of the two criteria you just mentioned do you base your purchases on?

If you are poor and are wasting money on expensive things like you say, it doesn't mean other poor people in the world will act like you. On the contrary, if you are rich but spend frugally and like to buy cheap things, it does not mean that other rich people will be like you. Don't generalize and think that everyone will think like you.

By the way, most of us here are not rich, mostly middle and lower class but the funny thing is many of us like to bad mouth the poor and praise the rich. Remember, putting down the poor and praising the rich will not help us escape poverty and become rich.

Poor and rich are relative terms, how they take their life choices is what matters to reach their success and not what they are born with.

Having born with a wealthy inheritance has its advantages but the next steps are important.

Truly, many poor people like to remain poor to retain advantages they get from the government and live lazily, while some educate themselves to reach a better lifestyle.

Middle class is indeed in a squeeze zone with difficulty in going up or down.

If I understood what you are trying to communicate, the average people also think like the rich people as they buy things when they are less expensive. But knowledge is very important as some products have the time they are cheap when the average and rich can buy them cheap but poor people will have no option than to always buy low amount and without credit.

I can see that even you that write this, you still don’t really understand what you are trying to say because I didn’t see much explanation about what you are trying to say. Poor people cannot afford expensive things, so poor people only buy what they can afford at the moment; rich people are the ones that don’t mind regardless of the price. They will purchase it; however, some rich people buy even the cheap thing at a high price due to the kind of place they go to buy it, or sometimes they don’t really bother to bargain once they tell them the price they will pay.

Poor and the middle class are living to impress others. Not all for both classes but many of them are. Even they cannot afford that type of lifestyle, they're trying to still impress and think that it is how life goes.

Rich buys when something is with good price low price poor buys just to spend money.
Middle class behave like poor too they buying expensive.
Not all middle class are like that.

They also know when to buy but when that opportunity comes, they just can't because they're not prepared and they have no allocation for particular assets that have dipped.

Every person buys by looking at his status, surely if that thing is expensive or cheap, he will wear it according to his own calculations but people buy their things expensive because they like the brand and you know how expensive the brand is so the rich buy more expensive things.  Although some middle class people also buy from the brand, they cannot do it in the same way as rich people do. Rich people take more things for their safety, while poor people take fewer things because they are temporarily getting less money. The way of living in both of them is different, but some things are similar, like sleeping, waking up, eating, drinking and other things but there is also a difference in money between the two in which rich people prefer more expensive and fresh food.

Simply put, poor people buy for style and cool while rich people buy for quality, utility and prestige.
This goes back to how to treat money in life, in the sense that poor people are not not allowed to buy expensive goods and indulge in what the rich do, only they do not have enough to live much longer but they force it to fulfill their desires not their needs.

The use of money can indeed show the nature that someone has a rich or poor mentality, this does not only happen to the poor, but not a few rich people whose wealth is not the result of their efforts have a bad mentality of use.
