hey,i have a problem with that,i sent my balance to the new address,but it just display only 0.001 ,it's that right? so ,i sent again & angain ,it still display 0.001, now how can i do,or it just floow step 3 will be ok?

I do all those steps but nothnig. Balance is ok. I try to send 10 Digit but only fee 0.001 is shown that is transacted, 10 Digit not.

Did you even read what i wrote? Open your coin control window. Im sure your receiving address balance is correct.

Big amounts shouldnt be the problem. I sent near 200K to my new address and it went through just fine. Appeared on coin control window with correct balance.
No problems at all. Transaction size limits are way bigger than this.
If your wallet balance is showing correctly, then there should be no need for "repairwallet". Just make new address. send all coins to it, open coin control window to check it and done!.

Wallet version is v1.1.0.0-g32a928e.The problem is most likely that you had a lot of small transactions incomming, that exceed the transaction size limit if you want to send it somewhere in a single transaction, resulting in a bit ambiguous error message and the transaction flagged with a !.
To correct this enter repairwallet in your console. This takes some time. Now the client should show the correct balance again. To avoid having too large transactions again, you could enter
sendtoaddress YOURNEWDIGITADDRESS 1000
(or 500)
over and over again, until the balance is near zero.

.It works. The whole amount is not just displayed on the log because all addresses belong to same account. Dont worry it works.
You can check your new receiving address balance from block explorer or coin control window.
