I don't know what you guys are doing, but my wallet has always sync'd up fine. After the initial download and install of the latest version, it took a little bit to catch up the blocks, but after it got 8 connections to the network, it went fairly quickly. I open it and run it every couple of days to keep it up and it usually only takes a few minutes. It's WAY faster than the BTC wallet.

I think ppl just get a bit impatient & seem to post here while they wait (maybe nothing else to do?). On my PC, which is not state of the art anymore, it takes about 1 min to open & same as you if I open it twice a week it catches up within 5 mins. If users just run it in the background it's hardly noticeable. There's no need to physically watch it all download.

I downloaded the wallet recently and it took less than 24 hours to synchronize with the 3+ years.

if they put 1 week freezetime for every trade, market would all of a sudden stabilize

have been watching the charts for the past few days. most def interesting times ahead someone has been buying a great deal up, every time it dumps the recovery is amazing and just accumulating
I've been holding DBG since forever now. After waiting for a few weeks, the price is just going down and nothing seems to make it stable.I'm kinda worried.I don't wanna dump either, that would just make the worst possible loss ever.Someone please convince me this ain't the end of coin.

Get ready to hop on the dgb ride, whale pressing down atm
Someone said something along those lines few weeks back and it only got worse..Time To Dump and save whatever is still left.

It's that kind of "positive" thinking that's pushed market down. "I'll sell now and maybe make some $s back!" Well guess what, you screw yourself and everyone else by doing this. Will take weeks before dgb is back up when all holders sell at 5% gain and all potential buyers just wait out the next drop.

it is really annoying to wait quite hours for open dgb wallet every single time!

true, they must create a way to speed that process, also i notice my DGB windows wallet consume like 1.2 Gb RAM.

It takes about the same amount of RAM on my system as well, although compared to the 6+ GB of RAM that a different coin takes it's not so bad. :p  If I open my DGB wallet up once every 24 hours it seems to take ~15 min or so each time.
