Market is collapsing ....pretty scary
Nah. You get used to it. With each new rush of crypto investors, there are panic sellers/fomo buyers and people waiting to prey on them. Most of them learn after a couple of drops and start hodling more or just get out altogether, but we did just have a massive intake of new investors over thanksgiving, so, it's to be expected that they're still learning.
Once you get acclimated to the swings, you realize this is the opportunity to accumulate whatever your favorite coin is at prices long past.
Buy when others sell, sell when others buy. It's simple, but people still insist on herd mentality and lose tons of money following, which causes them to both buy high and then to sell low, obviously not a great strategy.
The scariest thing about today is that we seem to have already found the floor. I would have done some cartwheels if we could have gone back in time a few more weeks. That's the other thing you learn, buying opportunities like this don't last long. You want your orders in weeks in advance, because if you wait for the mega corrections to happen, you might not have time to get your trades in.
Lost over 120,000 usd so far....will it come back?? We have not seen the floor yet.....
Either you believe in the Digibyte or you don't, and what others believe should not affect that either way. Personally, I like fast coins, and Digibyte has tech beyond speed that's admirable to me, like 5 algo security. You have to decide if you think that's valuable and how long you're willing to wait for the market to recognize that value. And if you have different criteria to measure fundamentals, use those, fundamentals haven't changed since all time highs. They don't change just because someone else sells.
If you invest in this space, you'll see a lot of swings like this. No sense getting all worked up every time, giving yourself ulcers. Cowgirl up or learn to distract yourself or find a less volatile market like bonds to invest in. Too many newbies buy with the herd and sell with herd on emotion, and experienced hands buy their panic selling and then sell back to them at a markup when they FOMO rebuy a week later trying to get back what they already had. They might as well just light their money on fire and flush it, get it over with fast. That's the noob tax, and it's voluntary, so don't pay it.
I believe a fair DGB price is $1. Every peak and valley that doesn't touch a dollar has nothing to do with me and isn't worth noticing. Set your own price, and relax. Hope you find your crypto zen, but if not, I've got buy orders in waiting to grab up panic sellers' DGB, so I win either way.
