Ports should not be duplicated
i know, i'm not running both daemons, just testing. I don't use sprouts atm
it's not about running both daemons at the same time,
don't use the same port at all, it may stay locked/assigned by the system for some time after ..
hasn't happened, but thanks for the heads up

weird it's working now...
I made the port identical for what i setup sprouts (9910). now cube is working. 8332 doesn't work?
are you aware that 8332 is standard rpc port for btc, dgc, and hell knows what more ?
keep away from 8332
it's not accessible from outside the server.... either way i'm not on that port

I don't make it a habit to keep outdated source codes, sorry, but if you want v1.8 just take out the rewards for block 1m+ and you have v1.8 lol

anyway node page up with sprouts
in few minutes i'll switch to cube, which is doing nothing more then changing the user/pass/daemon name in the php config file
and activating cube
And the port..

8889 is default rpc port
eureka. I'll keep it at what i got it now since that's working. although seems since that went back up, the site went down lol someone's attacking i suppose and triggering my firewall, fuckers

notice now on the site, it just says fails to connect through port 9910 on the localhost.
that's with the daemons inactive
Edit: which occured whlie i was shutting down the daemon
once they're shutdown it's just http unauthorized.
I will now activate CUBE for the next 10 mins. turn it off, and activate sprouts

ok for shits'n giggles, could you give me a copy of version 1.8 please. and let me try it just to see if it works.
It is exactly the same as now, the fork didn't even kick in. Technically everyone is still on 1.8 til block 1m

New wallet changed nothing. If it worked before, it will work now
still nothing, the daemon .conf files are identical to each other between sprouts and digicube (used copy paste so no errors, triple checked every letter/number/character):
i used the same port, same host ip, same username, same password. same everything.
