It is a great idea but you should keep it as buy-in any amount bigger than maybe like 20 cube. That way many people can take part and you should keep 5% fee on total amount staked that week and maybe use that 5% to promote digicube or for bounties or for giveaways.

The per-slot price doesn't matter, as long as it's even for everyone. Can make that anything

What's the benefit of the pool vs. staking ourselves?

I would do all the recombining for the pool to maximize staking returns and with a higher amount it will mean more reliable results.

They would also all be on one address so everyone could monitor progress live on the explorer
