Bitcoin can help win the highly publicised "War on Cash" that everyone in the world today can't stop talking about:

https://www.google.com/search?client=ubuntu&channel=fs&q=war+on+cash&ie=utf-8&oe=utf-8

Bitcoin can win this war if they really want it to be won, therefore, they don't really want to win the war on terr, I mean jobs, I mean drugs, I mean cash, which must be eliminated because of all the counterfeiting, and crime that occurs with the world's only anonymous unit of trade.

The war on cash must be won at all costs, and transparent bitcoin is our secret weapon!

Digital currencies have now been around here with us for quite a little long time. For some, it's an old thing, for some it's a whole new scenario. Now, as per my opinion digital currencies have solved our numerous problems. They've given us advantages in plenty amount.
(1) They solve problems of theft and stealing, (ransom and kidnapping may exist though)
(2) They have made transactions possible from distance and quicker than ever!
(3) They provide you more secure wallets. (Your leather wallet in pocket can be taken out easily by someone, not in case of digital currency.
The security issue is actually pretty big in bitcoin. If you keep your wallet on your computer, and there is a rat on there then you're pretty much fucked before you even start. However offline wallets are available, but that investment would be too much for some people.

As for bitcoin solving problems. Yes math problems, they are the hardest earth has ever seen.

And here I have to agree.

The question arises whether Bitcoin is for everyone?

People with experience in IT make mistakes in securing wallet.
People who do not have a computer-related education have practically no chance to protect from thieves.

Cryptocurrencies become popular if they are created tools to safely operate them.

It has good and bad things, but overall, it is better than any currency, except it needs to be more recognized yet.

Money remittance is where we should focus on. I think this is an area where bitcoin has the advantage but we never fully utilize or capitalize on it. Imagine having the fund reached the other party almost instantly and with the low fee. For an annual 50 billion market worth, half of that amount would easily change everything.

Yes in this digital world, we focus for instant things usually. So, digital currencies are inevitable to make changes in our conventional financial world. Digital currencies will find boom everywhere as now a days people uses digital things almost everywhere.

Yes bitcoin focus for instant low cost transaction in this fast world. Bitcoin is created to solve many financial problems like trust-less environment to store your hard earned wealth into a secured format. Bitcoin would be the future world money.

Cannot be possible. For to many reasons. If with the words "future world money" you mean to be used as a only currency of the world in every country. This, according to me, is totally impossible. Cannot be replaced every national currency with bitcoin. First of all because bitcoin is limited in amount and the economies need every year new money (if verified growth). But even with the today value of the overall amount of overall national currencies I think that bitcoin cannot be able to replace those. Its market capital must be much more lower than the overall capital market of all the national currencies. To not mention the impossibility to make national monetary policies and that cannot exist a national currency which cannot be owned by the given country.

If with "future world money" you mean the use of it in addition with all the national currencies but with much more spread, value and market this is the hope of everyone of us here in bitcointalk. And naturally that this is ok even for me.

I think keeping land titles on the blockchain would help with some corrupt practices going on in that area --> http://bravenewcoin.com/news/factom-tackles-land-title-disputes-with-bitcoins-blockchain/

The other thing will be Smart contracts .... See this for more information --> https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Smart_contract

The best problem it solved for me... Cheapest global micro transactions of all payment methods out there.  Grin Grin Grin

Keeping land on the blockchain sounds good, but let's not forget here a basic fact, it would need to be recognized by the goverment at the fullest extent, because ultimately, the goverment has the power to send police on your land if someone tries to steal it... so I don't understand how the anti goverment full anarchist guys would deal with this.

The best problem Bitcoin solves is it is first currency with public ledger everyone can check. No fiat currency allows this. In future people might assign:

currency with public ledger = trusted
currency without public ledger = probably shaddy

A long way to get there though, as people are taught to just use fiat money without much thinking whether it is best option.

Solves the problem of individuals transferring money from one side of the world to another without any other person mediating in that transaction.

Solves the problem of having to hold a bank account with detailed personal info. If you are an alien in a foreign country, you probably cannot have it (your id is not accepted etc.) but you only need a computer connected to the internet to hold bitcoin.

What problems? Digital currencies only make things easier. When it comes to remittance, which is the example here, BTC is a faster and cheaper way to exchange money between people far from each other. That's it. If the problem was the high cost of a service like Western Union, OK, the problem is solved, but it was a small one.

Brilliant Cheesy

That needs to be a meme, I totally see bitcoin becoming the main international transaction vehicle, replacing essentially the dollar

2025, and bitcoin could be a de-facto reserve currency of EARTH!

This really is great.. I hate.. HATE western Union.

With digital currency, you are your own bank. You can send money using the bitcoin network. You do not need the permission from a bank.
