Not only hackers use fake documents. Sometimes users use fake documents for KYC procedures because they want anonymity.
There are a lot of anonymity wallets and users have a big choice what wallet to chose and what for them is more important anonymity or safety.

Digital wallet is a decentralize wallet and users keep their private keys to the accounts. It is very difficult to hack a decentralize wallet.

Why did you start listing from DigiFinex? Digital wallet is registered in Estonia, has licence at Japan and has listing at South Korean exchange.
The exchange is global. The country of its creation does not really matter
You have a KYC procedures. What will you do if you would find that the documents for KYC are fake?
